The walk-in tub had been leaking from the faucet since my last trip to mom and dad's. Now it was worse and they turned the hot water on and off from the valve behind the tub panel. I called Fox plumbing and received a speeding response (Day 1), important since mom and dad only have one bathroom. Brandon informed us that the fix required new faucet fixtures and I feared that it would take a week or more to get said equipment so I called the next day and was relieved when I was told it had been ordered and they would be back as soon as it arrived THAT DAY! They came, they fixed. The parts are lovely and the rain shower head is just what they needed (water stays in tub without needing a shower curtain). Well done Brandon and everyone who assisted from Fox Plumbing.
