Called six weeks ago for a replacement water heater (gas for electric due to power outages)-no call back. Called three weeks ago to remind them-still no call. Guess they don't want my business. I'll share that with friends.

Worst customer service ever.... Had them out to fix a clogged drain, they cleared it and it was re-clogged within a week (either was not cleared completely or possibly a collapsed pipe.) Called back to have them come out and see if there was a bigger problem than a clog, guy said he knew why he was there and didn't want any information, guy left while wife was next door with kids and never explained what they did. They did not fix the problem, and made it worse as I now have a leaking toilet. Been trying to get them back out for several days now with no call backs and no show.
I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Do not understand the bad reviews. We have always had them come over with problems and they were courteous and professional! They even take monthly payments if you are financially struggling! They even saved us from wasting money on an item we never needed. We will always keep them as our go to plumbers!

Would give no stars if possible. Our landloard called a week ago asking them to call me to schedule a time when I would be home. We never received a call. We ended up calling them and got a it scheduled again but for another week after the first original call. My boyfriend works nights and was waiting on the couch and fell asleep. They came and knocked once he had to put pants on they left after one knock! I've never had a company only knock once. Called the place to see if someone would still come out that day they said no we're too busy. Horrible customer service. No supervisor available to talk to just a snotty receptionist. Would not recommend. After you screw up twice that's it for me. Pure laziness.

They did a great job clearing out our clogged drain. We live downstate and I called them two weeks ago to set up the appointment, hoping we would still be on their calendar when we came up. They were prompt and professional! We would hire them again in a second!

They said they would be out to replace our pump the day after we had called.. 4 days later and no call back.. So I called them back. He was very rude told us he wasn't coming out and hung up on me! I wish I had read all the reviews on this company before I had called them!
