Rotor Rooter is getting our business and that of our family and friends here in town. They don't back their work, they install and then walk away. No cares at all
Vickie B.Oh oh....it is Thursday after closing and we see water on the basement floor. Can't be the furnace because the air conditioner isn't running when it's 45 degrees. Where is it coming from? Of course, the water heater. Set the alarm to call Fox Heating and Plumbing first thing. They answer right away and although they had a full schedule they moved stuff around. James and Craig show up, diagnose the problem and side with my husband against the tankless water heater. Those require much maintenance for Candlewood Lake water. I know it won't be cheap because we dont have a generic tank but one with a power vent. I was amazed they could install one today. I had secretly resigned myself to an ice bubble bath. Fox Plumbing has always worn booties to keep your house clean but in these days of covid 19, they not only wear masks and gloves but spray and wipe down every single surface they could possibly have touched, keeping us safe as they walk out the door. Out went the old, worn out, white water heater, in went a gray one (matches the basement walls). This one was installed correctly, as I expect from Fox, no shortcuts from them. Yes I am a fan. You call them they do it right and do everything they can not to make you wait. And then afterwards, they gave us a short lesson on temperature adjustment. Warm bubble bath for me. Thank you James and Craig.
Larry H.Had a toilet issue today (my friend clogged the toilet) and Jeff showed up same day 6 hours earlier than promised. Checked everything thoroughly and fixed the issue. Then the office recommended an outstanding cleaning and restoration company.
A Sunday plumbing EMERGENCY. Jeff and Fox plumbing to the rescue again! This is a reliable, dependable go-to place!!
