Recently I had the pleasure to use a local small business for my plumbing needs. My water heater finally gave up so I tried Fox Plumbing. The quote was very competitive and reviews looked decent. They worked quickly with no issues and they communicated to my wife what was being done and when work was completed. A few months later I tried to do a diy fix and found out it was above my pay grade. So I gave Fox another call and again we were pleased. À few weeks later had my third experience which was similar. While my wife would prefer I call the experts first, I'm still gonna try to fix stuff myself in the future but it's nice to know I got a backup: )
