The 5-star reviews he gets are well deserved. We had an issue with our toilet and he replaced the intake valve. He was on time, professional, and there were no surprises in his very reasonable quote. A couple months later, the toilet started running again. He came back and discovered there was a second issue with the flapper that he didn't catch the first time. He spent an inordinate amount of time running around to find the right replacement flapper. And because it was related to the first visit, he did not charge us anything, even after I offered. Absolute gem of a plumber.

My sewer backed up from the normal tree root infestation on my lateral during the evening hours.

I reached out to six (6) pluming companies at 9 PM to find someone that can come the next morning, and only three called back and two of them wanted to see the property first before providing me a quote.

James (Fox Pluming) called me back as well. I described the situation of my roots and the access areas for snaking the main line and he quoted me right there on the phone and he had the best price out of all of them.

Our kitchen sink had some drain issue, and we reached out to another plumbing company. 3 guys came and spent 1 hour, and said they need a jetter to clean the clog, and gave me a quote of $$1215 to fix it.

Then we thought we may need a second opinion and then reached out to James. He came and fixed the drain issue within 1.5 hours. He also helped to change our faucet head and let us know what are the cheaper solutions to fix the kitchen faucet.

James is knowledgeable, and his fix is of high quality. Would recommend.

Called about a mystery leak the water company notified us about. James gave me info on how to search it out myself (we agreed it's likely a toilet), what part to likely replace on the toilet , and who to call if the mystery continues and we need sonar to locate the leak.
