Super fast service, really nice guy, extremely fair price that he states on the phone right away, and he was willing to stay a bit longer to do more work elsewhere. Such a friendly person! This makes such a difference because the price stays honest, and the work he does is transparent. He made easy suggestions for how I could avoid further problems. Can't recommend this guy enough. I had a clogged drain to almost the entire house, he easily took care of it from the rooftop.

We have used James for many years for cleaning out our problematic pipes and decided to step up and write a review. The first time we used him, everything was fine and he mentioned a 6 month guarantee, that he actually brought up when we had to call him 4 or 5 months later. I had no intention of enforcing the guarantee (our job was not easy) but he insisted. Our experience is that he will pick up the phone on a holiday, reasonably priced, is very honest and good at his craft.

This is a real review. He just left.

I sent about 10 requests for quote yesterday. Fox was the only service to respond with an actual quote. He was available the next day and he arrived when he said he would.

I had a clogged sink with standing water. He fixed that but he also fixed some small issues with my toilet. He identified a slow leak, replaced a slow draining line and was very courteous (I had a video conference call during the service). Cost was reasonable. I think I was always hesitant because I assume there will be expensive surprises. This was very straightforward experience.

Much better than I ever expected. I'm hoping others will be influenced by this review. I should have fixed the toilet problem years ago.

Easy to work with and honest evaluation. Came over next day for us to solve a hot water heater that kept going out. Tried the thermocouple. No luck. James ended up going on vaca and referred us to another guy but he refunded our cost since he ran out of time.

That level of customer service is so rare these days. Thank you James!
