Many of the reviews talk about raising the bar and professionalism. Let me just say this is the perfect example of what a good business looks like. I spent weeks trying to find a plumber before I found Fox Best Water Heater Glendale. They answered my call right away, didn't dismiss me when I explained my concerns. Harry showed up on time, was courteous enough to wear shoe covers, and was reasonably priced. When you know nothing about certain home maintenance and rely on others to make sure that things in your home get fixed, finding a business like this is amazing.

Reached out to them to install a new water heater in our townhome. For context, it's a three-story townhome with the water heaters in a very tight space in the attic. Adrian was able to clearly walk me through his thought process for what heater we should install and was quick to respond, transparent and offered fair pricing. He came out to install the heater and he was very friendly and clearly knew what he were doing. Highly recommend!

When the kitchen sink drain sprung a leak Sunday I called Fox Best Water Heater Glendale Monday morning worrying the kitchen sink would be out of commission for the week.  They were able to fit me in later in the day, provided a window from 2PM-5PM and then called with at ETA at 3PM.  The gentleman was masked up, put covers on his shoes and got right to business.  He was able to resolve the issue quickly for which we were very appreciative.

They were the third company to come out and attempt to locate and repair a leak between my upstairs bathroom and kitchen. Adrian cut a hole in the ceiling to quickly locate the source of the leak and fix it immediately. He was was very professional  and thorough. Cleaning up the mess and even covered the holes in the ceiling with plastic before leaving. The cost was reasonable and competitive. I'll definitely use them for the restoration work and would use their plumbing services again. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with my toilet (it wasn't filling properly).  I called them and made an appointment, but unfortunately they weren't able to see me for three days. It was no big deal though because they came on time as scheduled and were able to fix my toilet within 15 minutes.  I was even able to get a discount on the work that was done (I think they have a lot of clients in my building so I got a ""preferred rate."").  Overall, no complaints.  I'd definitely use them again in the future and would recommend

Very nice work. Did a great job replacing a faucet that hadn't worked in a long time, and came up with a solution for a garbage disposal issue that made way more sense than what other companies were proposing. And they were safe. As far as I could tell, dude wore a mask and shoe coverings the entire time he was at my house...roughly 3 hours. I would hire them again.

We were introduced to them when we moved into our new home. They have put in a gas line for our stove. Fixed a leak on one of our toilets. Put in a water line for our new refrigerator. They've fixed water line under our sink and fixed broken pipes!  Recently, our water heater went out and they came and replaced it the next day, so we could have hot water. All the guys are so polite and efficient. They've also done work on my other house. They are my go to plumbing company by far.

They are truly the best!! After terrible quotes from other plumbers i messaged them late monday night on yelp and received a response within minutes. They sent an awesome plumber from their team the next afternoon to addess the leaking water in our garage. Adrian was extremely nice and quickly assessed our broken water line and got right to work. Adrian thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave us the best quote. Other plumbers said the job would take 5+ hours but Adrian finished the job in 2 hours. We Were extremely impressed with them and would highly suggest them to anyone!!

This is the 2nd time I have used them both times they have been on time, well priced, and very responsive to my numerous questions. Adrian has worked to get our old pipes flowing again while letting us know what problems could be coming down the line and what may need to be done to fix other issues (we have an old system and large trees, a bad combination...).
