Had an emergency leak in our upstairs bathroom. Water was going everywhere. It was a total time of 40 mins from the time I put in my yelp request to when Mr fowlin showed up to help turn off the water. Which was in the crawlspace that he went into to handle situation quickly. Scheduled to come back later to correct issue, was able to do entire job later that day. Great quality work. Dalon is great. We asked him to replace the shower cartridge. We didn't see his message when he arrived. He waited patiently. After the cartridge was replaced the shower still didn't work properly. Dalon offered to examine the system and fixed the shower head for us for free. He is very skillful. We would love to hire him again.

Water was leaking from the bottom of my garbage disposal after I started my dishwasher. What a mess!! I used YELP to find someone to remove my old disposal and install a new disposal. After receiving referrals from YELP, I contacted each one. I received quotes as high as $450 for labor only!! When I contacted Fowlin Fix It, Dalon responded with a very reasonable quote. We agreed on a day and time. Dalon kept me informed, arrived on time and did the job. I also had a dawn to dusk outside light that needed replacing. He replaced it, again at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable, personable and reliable. I am already planning on Dalon during other handyman jobs for me. I am a senior citizen who needs help in maintaining my property that has been ripped off on many occasions. I have finally found a knowledgeable and trustworthy young man whose services I will definitely continue to utilize. Thank you Dalon !

I had been having issues with my bathroom staying humid after using the shower to the point that the ceiling drywall was moist and getting mold spots. Had someone come look and they only told me that the fan wasn't reachable in the attic. I put a plea for help on Yelp and Mr. Fowlin replied quickly and set an appointment for the next day. He was on time and investigated the issue thoroughly, identified the issue and a solution. My problem was fixed same day. He came prepared with new parts just in case, and communicated during the whole process. Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend his business.

This young man is very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. I highly recommend him for any of your household needs. I called him on Saturday and he came on Sunday less than 24 hours after I contacted him. No technicians work on Sundays, he changed my A/C condenser fan motor in about 30 minutes. Also very fair in prices.
