Fowler's plumbing is great to work with! I had a difficult plumbing leak in the main drain line. The water was damaging the building and also creating a safety hazard. The guys from Fowler went the extra mile to locate the leak and repair it. They were on time, professional, and did quality work at a fair price. They are my go to plumbing company in North San Diego County.

A++++++++ As good as it gets!!! Last night about 3:00am my bathtub and toilets start going crazy on me. Water, water, water just EVERYWHERE. So I call Fowler , I spoke with the owner Joe, very polite and professional and most importantly knowledgeable and helpful. Joe was able to make out the things I was saying, I didn't even know what I was saying but he was able to get all the information he needed to send out a team member. He let me know someone will be here within the hour. About 10 minutes later I received a call from Kel to let me know he was on his way. Kel was very professional, approachable, honest and just awesome. He listened to what I had to say and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very thorough. It was very educational and I know I appreciate that he showed me and explained everything so I was never in the dark about anything. He was able to get the pipes cleared outing no time at all. I have never been so happy to be able to do dishes (I'm not going to, but I can if I want to)

Given my awesome experience with Fowler Plumbing I now have a list of things that are well over due, but I know I can rely on Fowler to help get me going with replacing and whatnot. Definitely will recommend.. Outstanding Service and Team. Thank you ;)

I wanted to replace all 3 of the builder-provided cheap toilets with nice chair-height models. Joe was able to accommodate me with an appointment the next day, and Kel showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, AND took all of the boxes and trash with him when he left. I am so glad to find a reliable plumber in Fallbrook! Highly recommend these guys!

I was out of town on business when the wife sent me a text saying the water heater blew-out and was flooding the laundry room. Being stuck in meetings out of town, there wan not much I could do to help. So I told her to get out the credit card and do the best she could.
She ended calling a bunch of places and either got voice mail, or was told it would be days before they could come out to look at it.
Except these guys. They actually answered the phone (which is becoming increasingly uncommon with plumbers these days), walked her through the steps she needed to do to shut down the water heater and still have water in the house, then came out the next day first thing in the morning, and replaced the water heater for a fair price.
The guy that came out was 'Kel', and she said he was courteous and walked her through all her options and prices with no sales pressure.
Thanks for helping out, Fowler, while I was away.

Kel just left after installing a new toilet for us. His work is neat and clean and his attitude is friendly and helpful. Joe helped me select the right toilet with his complete explanation of what is available. My garbage disposal started leaking pretty bad so I found Fowler Plumbing and called. They came the very next day and replaced my disposal. Quick and clean! And they plumber was very nice. I will recommend Fowler to people who need a plumber and will use them again if I have any issues.

We had a main line back up into our showers and Kel from Fowler came out and snaked our whole house. It didn't clear so we thought it was a septic tank issue so we had JJ septic who was awesome come and pump the tank. There was still a back up after the tank had been pumped so in a panic we called Fowler again and Joe the owner and Kel came out within a couple hours and cleared it out of the smallest pipe leading to the septic tank and they didn't leave until it was clear! So professional and so nice to my little boy. Fowler has always been the plumber we have called for many years and they are very knowledgable, reasonably priced and honest. I'm an honest reviewer...thanks Fowler for getting my plumbing working again!

This is an update to my previous review. When Fowler came out to replace one of our water heaters they didn't turn the solar pump back on so the water in our solar panels froze during the freeze and broke. A waterfall was coming down from my roof so I called Fowler and told them about the problem. The owner or manager (don't know if this guy was one or the other or both) said he'd come take a look, made an appointment to come over but never showed up and never called me. I called and left a message and never got a call back.

I called another company to come do repairs and when they inspected the water heater that Fowler replaced last year it was actually installed incorrectly. All of the piping was done wrong. It had to be redone as well as repair to the solar panel. Also, since the pump was turned off by Fowler way back in November the solar wasn't even being used. I had wondered why my electric bill went up for all those months.

My total repairs for their negligence were about $2000. My advice, don't have them work on anything solar and, if you do, take pictures of all the piping BEFORE they begin work as well as check any equipment controls to make sure they are back ON or at the proper settings.

Professional with courteous customer service. They arrived when promised and went right to work fixing our shower. The knowledgeable technician diagnosed the problem right away and had the tools and part to fix it immediately. Thanks to Fowler Plumbing we can take hot showers! Highly recommended.
