I would not recommend this company. I recently used them on a job and they charged me 90$ per hour. For each man on the job including helpers. The billing was sketchy and no one knew who was there or how long they had been there. I had also previously used them to snake out a drain on a rental property for which I was billed $235 for an hour's work . When questioned about this the owner pretty much said he did t know how the got to that figure but that's what it was. I had no choice but to pay as there are permits they are on that they could delay if I refused to pay so I was pretty much stuck. I will never use them again and felt truly ripped off and taken advantage of. I have checked with other companies and the practice of paying helpers or apprentices the same rate as a plumber is unacceptable along with the final price of my bill for the work done.

I had a great experience, twice, with Four Town Plumbing. First their master plumber, Ruben, resolved a dicey issue involving my water purifier, garbage disposal, and drilling a hole for the special faucet in my granite countertop. Next, he made a great suggestion for a whole house water purification system. The owner helped me to figure out which parts of the EasyWater system to buy, and Ruben installed them perfectly, despite complications created by our builder with the location of our main water entry point to the house. We are thrilled with the price, which was less than any other whole house system we considered. It's working beautifully and I've got the cleanest, best-tasting water in the neighborhood. Plus, the owner suggested a lower-cost alternative to get softer water that uses no salt and cost a fraction of what the others we're demanding. We have much less hard water build up on our glass shower and strainless I'm so satisfied!

Beware of this Company. They will fix your problem without any concern that it works properly. Then they will try and put the blame on you. Their owner refuses to check a new system he put in but it does not work. I paid hundreds of dollars to get absolutely NOTHING. I will have to go elsewhere to get my system to work. Very poor customer relations, just want to warn the next poor soul who uses them.

I usually stick to reviewing restaurants, but Four Towns Plumbing has been so exceptionally excellent, I am going to make an exception. I have called Four Towns many times for numerous clogs at my restaurant, and they have always come through with excellent, timely service at prices I consider a bargain. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed.

I had a whole house blockage. I called in on a Monday morning and spoke with the owner Mike, he had someone call me back in about 10 minutes, we set up an appointment and like clockwork, """"Joe"""" the Service Tech came over. He brought out his equipment and proceeded to work. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and just an all round nice guy. He fixed the main drain blockage and I am thrilled. I would recommend Four Towns Plumbing to anyone who asks. There was no charge just to show up, just an hourly fee. I didn't know service like this still existed. Thank you Mike, Joe and Jackie. If there was a negative star value.... this company would get it! I called, 1st time no answer, 2nd time voice mail.... of which I left my name and contact info with a brief description of the issue. I NEVER received a call back.... thankfully I found someone else t resolve the issue!! Don't waste your time calling this company! ** update 9-29-2016: Let's change that NEVER to - I received a call back AFTER I posted this review....

So, today is the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend and I have the most horrific looking bathroom toilet. It clogged then we put some product in the toilet thinking it would fix it. .. but it just made it way worse! After calling 2 other company's 24 hour hotline, I finally was referred to Four Towns by the second company I called. They said Four Towns was more reasonably priced and friendly. Mike not only saved the day, but he did it with a smile! I have never had to call a plumber for any household work, but Four Towns Plumbing are definitely the plumbing company I will call for any future job!

Originally, I Had a problem with an over charge on parts. Mike, the president of the company, personally delivered to my home a refund check for the difference and expressed his deepest regret for the error. Based upon Mike's over the top concern for his customers and his desire to do what is right, I can wholeheartedly recommend Four Towns Plumbing. Thanks Mike!
