BEWARE - They tell you it's a $39.00 trip charge - What they don't tell you is NONE of that is applied toward your bill and no-matter how small the job or how little time they are there, they charge an ADDITIONAL 89.00 at minimum. I could not get my shower stem to seal, I thought something may be wrong with the elbow in the wall. Jim came out & looked at it, about 10 Min later he comes out of the bathroom and says he's all done. He said it just needed additional tape and tightened further. He then went to his truck to "write it up". There was no estimate, no proposal, & no mention of the $89.00 minimum service fee. I will never use Four Stars Plumbing again.

These guys are great! They saved us today. We have a home warranty policy through American Home Shield. After waiting four days for their plumber to fix the problem and restore water to our home, I called these guys. They came out the same day, fixed the problem and charged exactly what they said they would. It is refreshing to run across someone in the service business that is honest and trustworthy. The two technicians they sent out were very professional and did a thorough job. I highly recommend Four Star Plumbing.

I discovered a leak last night between my meter and the house on the main line and called Four Star Plumbing first thing this morning. I told them that I couldn't be at the house until 11am so they said they would give me a 30 minute warning call before they came and it would be after 12pm. I got a call at 11am and they asked if they could come over a little early. They arrived promptly and within a couple of hours had it fixed and charged a reasonable charge for the work they had done. I would recommend Four Star to anyone who wants prompt and reliable plumbing services.
