They came out to give me an estimate to install several things in my kitchen. They were $400 more then another company that ended up doing the job for me. The estimate was so high I thought they misunderstood what I wanted them to do. Will never call them again.

Arrived when they said they would. Did a nice job with installing my whole house tankless water heater and whole house water filter. They even cleaned up the nightmare plumbing job the builders of the house did.

Four Star Plumbing are terrible. They have terrible customer service, unreliable, cannot meet deadlines, liars and thieves. Stay far away from this organization.

Worst service ever! During a service call their tech tried to stick us with a bill in excess for $1,700 for an alleged leaking condenser unit, or a $4,750 bill as an alternative for replacing the entire A/C system. The unit is less than 7 years old! A second opinion from two other local service providers found that there was no leak at all. The issue was fixed for less than $150. If I had the ability to rate this company with zero stars I would. Unfortunately one star is the minimum rating.

Four Star refused to accept responsibility for a destructive leak from a connector above a water heater that they installed. Yes, it was two years later, but plumbing connections should never leak. Period. I could show you a video of the drip-drip-drip and tge resulting rust, corrosion and mold in the space where the tank is. This is sheer incompetence, followed by hubris of wanting to charge us for fixing it.

Giving four star pluming 5 stars (they should consider a rename for that extra star). Fast service, called on Sunday, resolved on Monday. They found resolved the issue immediately. Great price. Will use again.
