I had a pipe burst and had to turn off the water to the house. I called Four Star and Robert came out within the hour. He protected almost the entire room even though the leak was in the back corner of the room. He did the repair in under a half hour and left absolutely no mess of any kind. In addition, Robert was professional, warm and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. I won't call anybody else for my plumbing needs.

I know they are called Four Star Plumbing, but if I could give them five stars, I would. We were experiencing random water pooling and leaking near a corner of our garage floor ( under a sink, near a drain). First trip over the tech could not zero in on the issue. Immediately after, Rob the owner came by and was able locate the issue. It was related to past remodel work by a bad contractor. Talk about a high level of knowledge! Rob found the leak was actually coming from an upstairs showers which was incorrectly tied into this drain. He fixed it w/o major wall or floor demo...and is forever on my 'A"" list of tradesmen to recommend to my real estate clients.

Same day amazing service! The technician had a great attitude and an eye for detail! The staff was great as well! What I loved the most is the follow up! The office administrator called after the technician left and went through everything just to make sure I was fully satisfied!

I would use these guys again! The only downside is that they are pretty pricey!

We give Four Star Plumbing 5 Stars. We could not turn our cold faucet on and we called for service. Joe Rosales, owner of Power Source, referred us. We were please that the office said they could send someone out today. Manny was at our house within 2 hours to start work. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he needed to do. The work was completed to our satisfaction. Manny also gave us tips on how to avoid the faucets sticking and he cleaned up the area. Very professional and we highly recommend this company.
