Rob came out to our home and we had lots of little issues to be resolved. I have had another plumber help in the past and he just did not get the job done or fixed correctly.
Rob came in and help resolve all my issues, very clean, very professional, just gave 150 to ensure that our issues are complete and will not return.

water heater discovered non functioning on arising. was referred to four stars by my heating and air conditioning service. called and was greeted by a friendly helpful lady who said she could send a serviceman out that same day. shortly thereafter the owner Robert came out ready to work. A new water heater was installed and we were functioning normally in a few short hours. The price was reasonable and what I expected. Robert the owner who did the installation himself is very friendly and personable.I highly recommend them.

We had a plumbing issue over the weekend at a duplex we own. Our regular plumber does not work on the week-end and our property manager contacted this company to meet us and deal with a slab leak. The plumber was courteous and was able to stem the leak. As they were more local to the property, my husband contacted the company about a permanent fix to the leaking pipe. The company responded promptly and supplied a list of charges to be paid. The bill added up to over $2000 including some charges that seemed questionable. Our regular plumbing company came over with a creative fix and the final bill was $225. I totally agree with other reviewers, this outfit is pricey.

I had a pipe burst and had to turn off the water to the house. I called Four Star and Robert came out within the hour. He protected almost the entire room even though the leak was in the back corner of the room. He did the repair in under a half hour and left absolutely no mess of any kind. In addition, Robert was professional, warm and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. I won't call anybody else for my plumbing needs.
