Our HOA uses Four Star Plumbing....and thank god they do. We had two major issues in a two week period with an old cast iron pipe that had cracked behind the drywall in our master bathroom, and then an outside check valve failed and was causing a back-up in our 2nd bathroom tub and toilet.

Let me say that this is the most professional, courteous, on-time, team of plumbers that I have ever encountered. I received constant updates from Helene in Dispatch, and Plumbing Technician Manny was the best. I recommend this team of professionals to anyone who needs work done right the first time at a fair price. I will not hesitate to call them for any repair.

So ,we have a home contract with another Company that has been handling my House for about 5 years. We were about to install a Water Treatment when our old Company came up with three different prices for the same project which sent us shopping for answers. Our water heater died on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Having a Fidelity National home warranty, we filed a claim and Fidelity was great in getting a company right out the same day. Unfortunately, the existing water heater was installed improperly (with venting and other issues), and that vendor wasn't equipped to handle.

Long story, short - fast forward to Wednesday, we still didn't have hot water and Fidelity National ""cashed us out"" to find ourselves a plumber. I called Four Star, and within a couple of hours, I lucked into having Robert, the owner, out to inspect the situation and craft multiple options for replacing the water heater.

The next morning, Manny, one of their tech's was out and spent much of the day re-plumbing the spaghetti mess of water lines around the old water heater and installing our new water heater.

We were more than satisfied with Four Star. Their staff from Helene, on their service desk, Robert, the owner, and Manny and Corey the tech's that worked on our water heater; they were friendly, knowledgeable, and cared about getting our hot water back on.

I would highly recommend Four Star Plumbing! Our tank-less hot water heater went out during an extremely cold spell in February. The office fit me in with an appointment at the end of that same day! They found out my tank-less was still under warranty and got me a replacement FREE! Shipping included, I was back in warm showers in a couple of days and the price for labor was more than fair. This business oversteps its assigned task. Hired by my neighbor for a leak in his garage they entered my garage when I was out of town and then had the nerve to file a report with my HOA because I had furniture in there. They never called me or asked me about the furniture they just made a judgement and filed a report. Note they were NOT even hired by the HOA and the neighbor who hired them was not even happy with their work. Stick to plumbing and not spying and trolling for HOA contacts and work.

I called in a panic when my kitchen sink was leaking. The girl who answered the call was very sweet and couldn't be more helpful. She said they could get someone out as soon as possible (of course it was 4:30 and they were closing soon). She said to be on the lookout for an email which would show a pic of the person who'd be out to take care of my leaky sink. Before I even had a chance to check my email Robert was at my front door ready and wiling to help me. He fixed my sink and was able to change out my disposal at the same time. I would highly recommend these guys! Great service!
