Excellent customer service! Brandon, a very nice young man stopped by to unclog a kitchen sink for me. After initially quoted me a higher amount, he saw that it was a simple fix and just charged the service call fee. Highly recommend this company and Brandon!

By now, most everyone is familiar with the Latin phrase caveat emptor. If you are not, it means ""buyer beware"". Sadly, it's a piece of advice that experience has taught myself and my wife to heed the words, with a lot of various professional businesses. Case in point: the power went out in our garage, requiring an electrician to examine and repair. But because of our relative remote location, we had a difficult time finding anyone who would come out. Finally, we were able to find a guy. When he and his partner arrived, they examined the wiring, determined the issue, and said they could fix it for what we thought was a fair bargain. However, in the process of making the repairs, they disconnected our well's filtration system, causing tons of orange sediment to flow into our drinking water. On top of that, their electrical work they did was dangerously slipshod. More on this later.

A month or two later, we determined that our thirty year old water tank needed to be replaced. Because of the tank location, we thought it best to let a pro handle it. So, keeping in mind the Latin phrase, and with the help of Yelp, we called up 4 Seasons, who dispatched Brian who showed up promptly.

We told Brian what we wanted to do, and mentioned the orange water issue. He examined the tank, looked at the water, looked at the pump-house motors, and then looked at the electrical. He sat down with us, and took his time in explaining all the options available for water heating, advantages, disadvantages, and costs. Then told us what was wrong with the filter system, and offered to fix it. And while the overall cost was slightly higher than we anticipated due to the water issue, he also fixed the electrical issue because, in his own words, ""I couldn't leave it, knowing it could cause an electrical fire.""

Now, while it's highly recommend to do diligence when it comes to professional services such as plumbing services, it's also quite pleasant when a company and/or their reps go above and beyond what is expected and agreed upon. We shall be using them for all our future plumbing needs and recommending them to friends, family, and you.

Matt M was the technician for our plumbing job. We've decided that he is probably the best service industry professional that we've ever used. Matt went above & beyond with his work ethic, knowledge & logic. He detected a leak that no one else even noticed . He offered us a variety of quotes relative to our needs. He answered every question & was happy to do so. The service industry needs more people like Matt. His ability to evaluate our needs, provide logical quotes & then follow thru with quality workmanship... all the while keeping his work area neat with consideration for our home! Excellent about telling us when they would arrive, and the job was done to my satisfaction. The only thing I would say is that I felt that the plumber tried to upsell a little bit. The innards of the toilet needed replacing but the plumber recommended we got a whole new one in case other bits of it failed and when we declined, though he did the work excellently, I felt that he was trying to find things wrong with it to make me see that I'd made the wrong choice and go for a more expensive option. But bottom line - the price was right ($200 instead of over $800 for the proposed new version) and the job was done very well and he was a very nice guy.

Fixed nothing, cut holes in the ceiling and then magically concludes that the dishwasher leaks not the house plumbing, $400 and 60 minutes later leaves me with a $1000 in repairs. He took advantage of my wife who did not dispute the charge.

Matt called and resolved my major issue. I think in the future I'll be on site to prevent unnecessary diagnostics. Otherwise, they come when they are called, they are nice customer facing and they my neighbors have had good experiences with them.

From the first phone call Four Seasons was very helpful and easy to communicate with. As I write this my house is recovering from a burst pipe due to corrosive pH in our well water, which technicians Shawn and Patrick explained and gave thorough details on options for repairs at various pricing levels. We need all new pipes and a good pH filter, which sucks, but Shawn and Patrick were the first repairmen we've had work on this moneypit that were actually a pleasure to talk to and be around, and that meant a lot on top of the timely repair.
Would definitely recommend Four Seasons to others!
