Beware they came out to repair facet leak in bath tub they cut back of closet to get to the pipe were there maybe hour and half put on cheap parts plastic sloppy caulking charged 1700 dollars my husband called asked for itemized bill they said don't do that the faucet was way to small for the tub ripped off

THIS COMPANY IS A ZERO but I had to use 1 star to get this posted. DO NOT USE FOUR SEASONS PLUMBING! They will rip you off. This is not a reputable company. I had them come out to camera my sewer drain. They showed up without the camera, looked in the pipe and then said they needed to come back with a camera. They charged me $635.00 for that. They came back with the camera a couple days later and said that outside excavation was needed for the pipe outside and quoted me more than $11800.00!! And said they needed to get started right away, like it was an emergency. It was not an emergency. There were no symptoms of a sewer drain issue. I was simply doing a look as preventative and if there were tree roots to rod them out. I had a second opinion from a reputable plumbing and sewer company. There was no break in the pipe outside, they used a camera and rodded the tree roots out. They said if I had needed excavation it would be about $6000.00 not the almost $12000.00 quoted by Four Seasons. They also gave me a flash drive from the camera. So now I am trying to get my $635.00 back to which is a full time job. Four Seasons must be a failing business if they need to rip off customers to stay afloat.

You don't want to work for these people nor do you want them to do work in your home... All they care about is money!!! If you work for the plumbing department,they are straight assholes, your body will be dead way before you are. They make up lies and rules as they go along. They can never take accountability for their mistakes it has to be someone else's fault..They lost Alot of plumbers for this reason. Of course the workers don't want to do no extra for the customers because they're not being compensated, the salesman will rape the shit out of you and tell you,you have all this shit wrong and you really don't,they just want to get paid Very bad business all around with this company.. Get it together Four Seasons!!

Contacted Four Seasons Electrical services at the end of May, for a quote to extend an electric box service the outside of the garage. Quote was ok, electrician was professional. However, the $85 service call for quotation charges was not explained well AT ALL. From the discussion, I understood the $85 charge would be applied as credit to the final billing, IF i decided to accept the quote. I was delayed by 1.5 weeks getting back to accept.

That was the downfall. After accepting the job quote with minor changes last week, the job proceeded well. Surprise , surprise, the $85 credit was ONLY GOOD if i had accepted the quote on the Original day, as explained by the Technician.
Not only that, Four Seasons applies a Second service call fee, for the day of service!

What a rip-off. My independent Plumber i use is 100% better in his service call charges. Also, this company is Very Expensive to use, at $190 / hour labor rate. Sorry but electrical work is easily LESS labor intensive than automobile mechanic or plumber or carpenter.

Overpriced period. Pretty much a rip off unless you're rich and can afford their services. I had a gas leak, and they do charge for a tech to come out. No problem, I get that. What I didn't expect is a charge of $846.00 to just test my gas line. Yup, you read it right, almost a grand to test my gas line. I did not know any better, so I went ahead and paid the man. Then I get the great news that I would be charged $3473.. yup, you read that right.. $3473.00 to replace a couple of joints a valve for my stove and 2 joints from the gas meter. Did I say $3473?? Not to mention, they are slick wanting to replace all pipe for the 2 simple joints that were leaking. Then some BS that my vent was in the way to repair the joints that connect the meter, so guess what... ""Hey, we have tech that can give you an estimate to remove that vent to allow us to work and then replace it"". Of course you do!!!
I sent them on their merry way and just lost their number. The next day I found a company named Go Rooter... they came out early in the AM. By 1 PM the whole job was done within 3 hours, and guess what... paid $1500 to cover all the leaks, new valve, new joints, they pressure tested everything and now we have heat in our home! No cutting of my AC vent, no BS on replacing my pipes, no BS period. And a 1 year warranty. Had I known Four Season would charge me $846, I would have let them know not to waste their time and gas, pun intended. Lesson learned. Stay away unless you got money to burn.
Four Season, if you reach out to me it would be to give me great news that you will charge me $250 for the test and that your going to reimburse me the difference, otherwise don't bother.

Four Seasons was very responsive to our call. They sent out Gus, who was very personable and answered every question we had. We had multiple issues: toilet to be replaced, leak in a pipe in the crawl space, and a small leak under a laundry tub. We were given a reasonable 3 hour window for the next day, and Pat called when he was on his way. He was a great communicator, explaining everything he did. Made sure we were happy with the work, and had tested everything. He cleaned up very well and hauled all the junk away. We were very pleased with the job done. Pat hustled, and was done much faster than we expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use Four Seasons again.

we had a plumbing issue in which our toilet after being flushed would back up into our shower.
we called four season plumbing to handle this problem. they charge 85.00 for a service charge just to come to your home. this fee is enormous and you are responsible for paying it weather they do the work or not. (very sad). four seasons fail to advise customers that their rodding starts at over 500.00 and. if they use a camera it starts at 995.00. these prices should definitely be discussed with customers before the tech shows up at your home.
obviously we could not afford these extreme high prices and we refused the work. we still have a blockage in the line and we are out of 85.00. this is a pandemic money is very tight. im an army veteran on a fixed income. how can other vets,social security recipients, or any other seniors afford these high prices. do not call four seasons for any problem at your home.
they are all about the money and not about customer satisfaction.
we highly advise against using four seasons
