Stay away Poor installation of two new AC units 3 years ago has cost me $500. to fix by a reputable Company. Witch is the same company that had to fix the other unit after Four Seasons charged me $800 to fix it the first time. I could go on and on. STAY AWAY.

We have used Ken and his crew for the last 4 years to do maintenance and general repairs to our old A/C unit. They have always been pleasant, efficient, on-time and helpful. We recently needed our entire unit replaced, and they did not disappoint. Were there until the job was complete and done right. A few snags with all the new technology that was a factory problem - not an install problem. But they stayed late and got it taken care of and the new unit is working very well - we love it! They were really great, and always responsive.

Ken has come out to my place twice when my Hvac stopped working ( once last summer and once this past summer) He made room in his schedule to stop by between appts to check and was able to address the problem with a solution, as well as give me some useful information on maintenance on the system. Additionally.. I had noticed my neighbors unit had stopped working this summer, I was able to get in touch with Ken to stop by and trouble shoot, he came by as soon as he could later that day and figured out the problem. Very courteous and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend him.

This is a great company! My AC stopped working earlier this week, and we called in the morning and they came within the hour. Ken and Lucas were very professional and courteous and explained everything to me in detail. They promptly got the parts that I needed and I had nice, cool, AC by lunchtime for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company! They are my new AC guys!!

I have now had two appointments scheduled with these folks to get my Air Conditioner looked at in Mount Pleasant. They have not shown up for either apointment and did not give any kind of courtesy call letting me know they would not be there. I had to call them after the fact and figure out why they didnt show up. This is after scheduling my rare days off of work to be at home for them. I just got off the phone with Ken. I was hoping to be given some form of confidence that they would actually show up for a third appointment. When I asked if this was normal for their company, he hung up on me. I will be taking my business to someone else local that can show some respect for other people's time and actually show up when scheduled.

Ken couldn't drop what he was doing when I called for help with a burst pipe, but he was here within 2 to 3 hours when half the Charleston area population was trying to get plumbing services due to record cold temperatures. He got the immediate problem solved and we had water again... he's my hero!

Ken was able to accommodate my needs at a moments notice, he was willing to make a service call on a Holiday, and was very knowledgeable, and willing to educate me in the process. He was very professional, he did an awesome job, for a great price, with a great attitude. Perfect experience, and the house is cold. Yea!!

Ken, one of the owners, came out on an emergency call for my AC unit having odd cycling problems. From the call (he was on another repair) till the time he showed up, it was about two hours - on a SATURDAY. Amazing. He was able to troubleshoot my system to find out the issue in about 15 minutes, and had us back to normal cooling. Again, amazing. Thanks again! Update: 3/7/2017 Ken arrived today to take care of some supply line issues I had with my AC. He quickly assessed the issue (worn ducting tape and duct sealant) and he resealed it within a few minutes. Again, awesome job and EXTREMELY fast and excellent cost! Thanks!

Ken came out when my a.c had no power while I was out of town and the gf was home sweating from the heat. He was very quick coming to the house and was able to diagnose the problem and give me the info I needed to fix it myself (ended up being fried breaker). Stand up guy. Will deff use again when the a.c gives me trouble next time!

Called Four Seasons on July 4th, in the midst of a very hot holiday. Even though they could not get out to the house (I didn't expect them to), the owner spent time on the phone with me, walking me through every possible diagnosis to see if there was a way to get things going until they were able to get out first thing the next morning. All in the middle of HIS OWN family holiday. Customer service and care at this level are very hard to find. I'd recommend them highly.
