Good experience. Arrived at my door in facemasks which they kept on the whole time they were in my home. Booties to keep my floor clean! I had a number of questions which they were able to answer. Reasonable price.

This is an update to my previous review. The company called me to ask what had happened. I guess I did get the date wrong for my service call. They reviewed the call & I did say a specific date which for some reason I put it wrong in my calendar but it would be nice if they did reminder calls beforehand. I still don't know why I would have picked a day that my daughter goes to school?
Lastly, they did admit that their representative on the phone about the free service didn't specify the duct cleaning still had to be paid & only the fogging was free.
The service techs are always professional & knowledgeable!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is warranted.

We called Four Seasons after our AC stopped working.

May 2020
Arrived and examined our AC. Determined we were out of Freon and offered several packages. We chose the most expensive option: $1500. Tech filled our unit with dyed Freon and assured us that they would fix the issue entirely or credit the entire $1500 to a repair.

August 2020 - Visit 1
Arrived, investigated the AC. Determined our coil is leaking and needed to be replaced. Told us it would cost significantly more than expected. I told them the $1500 we already paid should be credited to the repair, and he recalculated. We ultimately paid only a couple hundred more. Tech ordered part and left.

August 2020 - Visit 2
Two techs arrived in morning and did not leave our home until 8:00pm. My children needed to get to sleep, and it was very inconvenient to have them in our home for such a long period. In the end, everything was working as expected, and while frustrated at the length of time, I was happy to have the issue resolved.

September 2020
Received a call from my downstairs neighbor that his unit has significant water damage. He has two homes and had been gone for two weeks. I determined that the drainage pipe that runs behind our water heater was dislodged, and the AC had been leaking into his unit.

September 2020 - Visit 1
Called Four Seasons and they sent a tech the next day. He was able to resolve the issue. Tech had to extend the drainage pipe and then reset into the drain. Tech also took pictures of my neighbor's unit and assured me someone would call within a few days to address the damage.

2 weeks later - October
No Call. I reached out, the company apologized and let me know someone would absolutely reach out within 72 hours.

72 hours later
No call. I've called back and I'm waiting.

Two Days Ago
It's been chilly. Heat kicked on, and it blew cold air. Before calling an HVAC person, I opened up the furnace and saw that the gas control switch was set to off. After consulting my HVAC manual, I enabled the switch, and the heat was restored.

In total: 10 hours in my home during Covid. Caused water leak that damaged neighbor's apartment. Never followed up on damage. Left my heat disabled while fixing the AC. I'm not sure how this process could have been worse. And I'm still waiting on them to follow up on the damage.

I will definitely call them again! Tech was very courteous, and left the area neat. I was scheduled for a tuneup to be ready for the cold weather, and he found a part to be subpar. He replaced it right away, and we are guaranteed to last through the season!

I just avoided an unnecessary $8000 charge from Four Seasons Heating Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I had contacted them to do annual servicing on my boiler. They came out and their ""technician"" (salesman) told me he was getting a reading of 4-5 parts per million for carbon monoxide near my boiler, and that the castings were leaking and that was causing the CO, and I need to have my boiler replaced. He also said that he needed to turn off the gas for boiler so I couldn't use it, but that I could watch him turn it off so I could turn it back on. Then he proceeded to give me an estimate of $10,000 to replace the boiler...but wait....he needed to call into the office to see if he could get me a discount. So, they asked me if there were any ""senior citizens, military, first responders, blah blah blah"" in the household. I told them I'm 56...does that count as a senior? Then they told me they'd go ahead and give me the senior discount and lowered the price to $7,900. He asked me when I wanted to schedule. I said I wanted to get other opinions. I called another (smaller) company and their guy came out and said he was getting a reading of ZERO CO and there was NOTHING WRONG with my boiler. He cleaned the burners and did the annual servicing for $125. He also said that if they had to replace the boiler, they would have done it for around $5500. Finally, he told me that Four Seasons pay their ""technicians"" (salesmen) a low wage, but pay them COMMISSION on anything they sell...and that if you don't sell enough, they stop giving you jobs. Oh, and I checked the EPA website and a CO reading of 4-5 PPM is practically nothing. A properly adjusted stove will read 5-15 PPM for CO.

Tried to rip off a first time
Home owner!

I was told my boiler was cracked and leaking dangerous levels of CO2. The tech shut off the gas valve and broke it in the process because he said it was too dangerous to run. Tried to strong arm me into spending $8000 to replace everything and they would come back tomorrow. Had another guy come out this evening who confirmed everything is fine, other than it needs some maintenance and a good cleaning. The kicker is that the CO2 levels were the same on there machines, except the level it's showing is NORMAL which I was able to verify by doing some research myself. Additionally, the cast iron on the unit is not cracked it's completely fine. The technician also told us that the unit was really old, and when we found a manual saying it was 20 years newer than he said he couldn't explain it. I would stay away and avoid this company. I plan to contact the city, consumer reports and anyone else that will listen.

In the past 5 or so years dealing with this company, I have a number of complaints. We purchased a furnace and believe it could be a lemon. Even though we have it serviced as required, on a yearly basis, it inevitably breaks down during the winter, causing us to suffer through no heat situations. Every time they come to service they find another problem, which is never covered under warranty. Even if it was the same part replaced previously.
One year we were told the furnace stopped working due to an inefficient chimney liner, which we paid them to replace. The next winter the furnace again stopped working and no one would come for 3 days.
This year we had the yearly service and and again were told a new part was needed. Again, not covered by warranty. It was also confirmed when the furnace was installed, 4 Seasons techs disconnected our humidifier line. When told we wanted them to reconnect the line they left, we were told we had to pay them to do so!
Customer service was notified and we were told a TEAM of reps would have to determine if our concerns were legitimate and they would call with their answer. Of course they haven't, and we are now dealing with finding a legitimate, responsible company to deal with the mess 4 Seasons has left us.
