Four Seasons heating and air engage in very sketchy practices. I am sure they have good techs and bad techs. I got a horrible, incompetent tech and the owners at Four Seasons do nothing to root out their bad techs. I would AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They are WAY too expensive and have you sign updated contracts along the way so whatever your initial estimate was you have no way of proving as they jack up their prices as they go. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They sent a guy to my house who NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! He came back multiple times and charged me and charged me and charged me. He kept re-writing the contract as he went. When we left and claimed everything was fixed and I paid the egregious bill.... THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED!!!!! And they shamelessly claim that they ""did the work"". Spending days and hours and hours at my home without fixing the problem and then charging me for it!!!!!! These guys are CROOKS.

Let me start of by saying how I have used Four Seasons for over 10 years, at multiple houses bought many heating and Air units. Also used to be able to call and the 24 hour emergency meant to have someone out that day or evening weekday or weekend. Over the past year or so I have had people come out not able to do the work and calling in another team. Another time someone saying major issues with a unit but because of suspicious behavior had 2nd opinion and glad I did as my suspicions were correct. Calling an account manager with Four seasons to only have their voice mail full, called back to their customer service to have them say they would call me back.......and no call back.....almost a month and still no call back. Now call with needing emergency service (24 hour emergency service per advertised) to find out that in 3 days they will schedule someone to come out to fix a brand new airconditioning unit that......Four Seasons installed. Not sure if this will be read or even cared about but hope someone does take notice and bring back the Four seasons of 10 years ago.

I'm updating my previous review, I'm unable to remove it so apologies however I purchased a leak package and they were unable to find a leak so I just received confirmation that I'm getting reimbursed full $300+ for leak package in 2-3 business days. I understand there's a process for refunds so will keep that In mind in future. Thanks!!!

I was told that the cost of installing a thermostat with a C wire would be 89.00, however, when the technician came he said it would be 700.00, I told him that the office said it would be 89.00. My mom also had bought her air conditioner from this company a few years ago and has had yearly service with them.The technician then said he could do it for 500.00, my mom was leaving in two days back to Florida and so we were on time constraints. We purchased a brand new ac unit for our home 2 years ago and it was WAY TOO SMALL for the size of our home. 4 seasons knew they gave us the wrong one. Which the technician knew too and never did anything about sending our replacement. We called MULTIPLE TIMES. We had technicians come every 2 weeks -6 different guys- to pretend they knew what they were doing and try to fix it. Literally nothing. They even placed the ac facing the wrong way because they were too lazy to fix the wires. This has cost up plus 10k and their service visits as well.
This is going to corporate and I will be filling a suit against them for fraud. A company too lazy to do their job correctly and service their clients.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHES FOR OTHER COMPANIES, not worth it.

I don't know where to start except survived the hottest day of the year without my new $6500 AC unit. I was sold said unit when I called for a tune up and check on if it was leaking given downstairs neighbor had water. I was assured if it was water from unit it was the AC causing it not the floor drain I questioned. I was told I needed a new AC because mine was 20 years old. This is probably true but fast forward I got a new Ac installed but the drain was issue. I had to call 4x, 4 technicians later I finally got my drain snaked ($350) after I said that was the cause. No apologies, sick puppy from heat. I was told to call customer service but I got voicemail twice. I'll pass next time and find a local family owned business that actually cares. Proceed with CAUTION if you call them.

I have used this company for a couple years as a loyal customer which started with the purchase of a Lennox air conditioner. Com ed gave us a new Ecobee Thermostat which works great with the old furnace and new Lennox ac installed by this company last year. Then, we buy a new Lennox furnace and the installers can not get it to work with the com ed ecobee thermostat. Four Seasons sends out 3 teams during the pandemic over 3 days with one team lasting 6 hours until 10 pm at night and furnace
still is not operationable. My husband and I had to disinfect the used bathroom, the railings, door handles, etc because we are in vulnerable health groups for covid. A total of 6 people were in our home over 3 days for a total of 9 hours, and still, the issue is not solved. Customer service is slow and taking 3 calls with days of delay trying to resolve. Please beware of this company because recently they have been poor quality in terms of product installation and customer service . The over pricing of the products is significant for this poor quality level of installation and customer service. Matters still not resolved on out furnace. Better quality and service available for Lennox products on market than this company.

I've worked with them for about 11 years, every year I use them as I have 5 units. This year, I had to get one fixed but instead was told one needed a part because the technician turned it off and wouldn't turn back on. The unit was working fine and retained a temp of 70 degrees in 90 degrees. Since the time, that unit can't even remain at 71 even if it's only 75 outside. They've sent a seasoned technician over only to tell me it was the unit isn't letting out enough air with a switch and someone will get back to me about how we can get it fixed. That was weeks ago. I've been sleeping in another floor of the house on hot days waiting for that call. I've given them benefits of the doubt to call me. I've even called to see if someone would send me my past two invoices. I've been told they'll send it. Nothing.
Is it because I didn't buy a new unit?
Once was a reliable company now has become a sales pit. I've remained loyal and this is how they treat their loyal customers. I've refrained from writing a review but since they seem to not care, here it is. These new technicians will tell you you need a new unit and starting this year, we can only be so lucky to get Freon from them. Sure my units are older. But they still work and repairable. Funny. Each technician has a different view of what happens to be wrong. And it always leads to buy a new unit, or I'll break your working unit so you're forced to pay for a part that you don't need in the first place.
