Hassan was quick to respond and provide a quote. Hassan and Mike were nice enough to pick up the toilet I purchased from the supplier and bring it to install. They tested to make sure the toilet had no leaks and flushed properly after the install. They left the bathroom and surrounding area clean after the job was done. My kitchen faucet handle decided to break off on the New Year's Day. Our building's management office couldn't help, so, I did a search on Yelp. (Thank you, Yelp!!) Hassan replied back to my estimate request immediately. He offered to purchase a new faucet that's similar to my current/old one and to bring a receipt for it. He was available for the time/date that worked for me.  He called before our appointment and came up with his partner for the work afterwards.  Both men wore their masks during the entire visit.  He and his partner replaced the broken faucet with the beautiful, shiny, new one and finished with the work within only 20 minutes!  He even tightened the loose pipe under the sink for me.  His fee is very reasonable, and he is an honest, excellent plumber!  Just so you know, I've interacted with several other plumbers in the Brooklyn area, and their responsiveness and/or offers were not as competitive and great as Hassan's.  I highly recommend Four Season Piping & Mechanical to anyone who needs plumbing help.  Thank you very much again, Hassan and partner, for all your superb work and help!!

I have a tenant that needed a toilet repaired. I posted the job around 830am and Hassan was the first to respond and said he would be at my location sometime after 2pm. I reached out after 2pm via yelp and never heard anything. Called the number after 5pm left a message and never heard back. Waited until 7pm and finally gave up hope that he would come.

I had all day yesterday that I could have worked on getting another plumber. I took Hassan at his word that he would help me out. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

I have used Four Season multiple times and have been very happy with their service. Hassan has responded quickly every time, including last week after our basement completely flooded due to Hurricane Ida when he was extremely busy.

Instead of simply replacing everything which would be costly, he managed to fix our boiler which was previously flooded and did everything to salvage our hot water heater (which was old) before eventually replacing on the spot. Will definitely use them again in the future!
