Do not hire this plumber, even if your warranty covers this. I called them to address a slowly draining sink. The plumber then caused the sink to completely clog, and it was unable to drain at all. He then proceeded to ask for an extra $200 to fix the issue that he created.

They provided a timely response to an urgent issue even though this was through our home warranty. They were able to successfully snake two drains which two other plumbers had previously been able to unclog. Very professional and helpful. My experience with the cleanliness and cleanup of plumbers has not been great, and this crew could benefit from some Clorox wipes and shoe covers as well.

A driver from this company tailgated me at a speed of over 80mph. He flashed his high beams at me and then passed me at speeds easily in excess of 95 mph. His reckless driving could have caused a serious accident. I caught the company number on the back of the truck with my dash cam. I called to make the owner aware. I was told the owner would call me but I have yet to receive a phone call.

If this company cannot hire responsible drivers how do you think they will deal with your plumbing?

If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful customer service! That lady Ana the receptionist does NOT care about you urgency. She will not move a finger to get the job done, she just falls back to ""we have 7 days to get back to you to schedule an appearance"", WHAT?! Crazy.. good luck keeping that business alive, I'm going to KNR plumbing, they are FAST!

4 Elements was more than helpful and they go above and beyond to help you. Both technicians /plumbers i dealt with were super knowledgeable & fixed the problem. Previous to 4 Elements my home warranty sent another company who was useless. When 4 elements showed up as an ""emergency"", after hours, & holiday weekend, I was so relieved to have had them dispatched. Both Oscar & Gildo's work surpassed my expectations. My experience was nothing but positive. As far as the other ratings, it sounds like they had issues with the process of restoration, mold clean up etc. supposedly unless they have more than 10 feet of mold some restoration co. won't issue an abatement certificate therefore that plumbing co will refuse to send their plumber back. However, you should have the right to receive the certificate if they did any demo, mold clean up regardless in order to continue the job. And for the future plumbing co do not open walls. That's restoration.

I have a house warranty that contracts this company. I spoke with Gabby in the morning and told her that we had no hot water going on our 2nd day, since Plumbers do not work on Sunday. Not Good. She gave me a window between 2 and 4pm today. I was inside the house till 2:25, no Plumber yet. Then I walked outside with a contractor working on another part of the house. When I came back in it was just before 3pm. I noticed Four Elements called so I called them back. I asked where the Plumber was, Gabby told me that they called 3 times and there was not answer so he did not come to the house now...?!? Why? Its our policy to call before we come and if no one answers we don't come by. What? I was here the whole time so while she was on the phone I checked caller ID. She said she called 3 time every 10 minuets. She lied. The Driver called at 2:27 and she called at 2:31. Hardly every ten minuets and not 3 times. So I said were they going to send the driver now, it was not 4pm yet, just a few minutes to 3pm. She said no, it was not their 'Policy'...a Policy that I was just informed of about. When I started to ask why and what was her name, she hung up on me! So NO, don't do business with these folks unless you are willing to put up with rude and unprofessional people. People that make up policies on the fly and do not put their customers first. What a waste of time!
