Very happy with Four Elements especially our plumbing genie Bernie. Bernie installed a commercial water heater in our (large) house and not everything was cookie cutter. Bernie tackled the unexpected items that came up as well as our special requests all with a tremendous and helpful attitude. Bernie is definitely the plumber I will call in the future.

Had them install a new water heater that was under warranty. They quoted us an extra $1000 to bring the job up to code. Fine...1 year later, we sold the house and it failed at least 5 basic regulations that have been on the book over the last 10 years (ie. was not on a raised foundation, etc)!

I reached out to the owner who initially got right back to me and said he would make it right. He said he would have his brother come fix the problem and that they would be scheduling an appointment. He knew we were selling the home and was just running out the clock! Over a dozen follow up calls later after 3 weeks with NO response, I had to book another group to get it fixed.

They completely lied! If you ever plan on selling your house, don't trust their work!!!!

Had a pipe leaking under my house. Called my home warranty service and they assigned me to Four Elements. The plumber, Jose, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to assess and fix the issue. Highly recommend!

Four elements was great! They came in, they were super polite, very respectful. I had a bunch of stuff I needed done, they weren't in a rush, they took their time and even went out and got a part and came back. They did the whole job in a couple hours. I know they could have been difficult and said they were coming back later with the part, but they didn't. Would recommend and use them again. They cleaned up and left my house in good shape.

I am ecstatic about the great service I received from Four Elements Plumbing!!! First American Home Warranty sent them to fix a problem that the previous 4 plumbers just couldn't seem to figure out. They were professional and quite knowledgeable. They called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. I am so very pleased with their work ethic. If I ever have the need to contact my home warranty company again for a plumbing problem, I will definitely request Four Elements Plumbing by name!!

I often think that only dissatisfied customers take the time to rate businesses due to their anger. So, after seeing so many poor reviews for Four Elements, I am taking the time to say that they were responsive and flexible in rescheduling the appointment due to my inability to be available on the designated day. They arrived promptly, having called an hour prior to let me know that they would be there on time. The pinhole leak in the re-plumbed copper pipe, located in the crawlspace, was repaired in a matter of minutes. Photos of the before and after repair were provided to help me understand the nature of the problem. Four Elements was referred by my home warranty company, First American. Dealing with them, by contrast, required several phone calls to get them to finally follow through. Ultimately happy that they work with a good plumbing company.
