We need to improve water flow via a new whole house filter, increase hot water capacity and replace Old faucet in the basement. So for $ 1,600.00 Fountain Plumbing cleaned up the hot water tank, replaced a faucet that doesn't swivel and is useless, and installed the whole house water filter but never put in the filter, so defeating the purpose of the $ 1,200.00 water filter that is useless. I will contact NYS to see if they can revoke is plumbing license

Run. Run far and run fast. They sell overpriced products rather than try and save you some money by fixing what you've got. Unfortunately it took us a few service calls before we figured this out.

They charged us $90 just for ""diagnosis"" of our water heater issue, and did nothing but trying to sell their products. We found out the solution and fixed it by ourselves. They're just salesmen, not a plumber.

I hired this company to change a gasket on my furnace. I had purchased the gasket prior, and was charged $540.63 for an hour and a half of work! That was with owner Rob calling the technician 4 times! I am very unhappy with what I was charged for this service! I would not recommend your company to anyone! Really $560.43 to remove 6 bolts and replace a gasket!
