They charged me $239.84 for a part that is at home Depot for $56.78. I called and asked about the price thinking perhaps it was a typo and was told it was not. WOW

They replaced my water heater. A couple of months later the gas valve went out. Fouls Brothers came out and replaced it. They quit carrying that particular brand due since they were having similar problems and couldn't get replacement parts for that brand. The manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty. However, Foulk Brothers stepped up to the plate and ate the cost!
That's service you don't find anymore! Foulk Brothers you have my business and recommendations from now on! Thank you for being an upstanding company!

I used Folk for the past several years and was always happy with them, until today when I called for help. The lady dispatcher on the phone refused to hook a new water heater because it was ""third party"" and not purchased from them. They originally hooked up my broken water heater in 2010. That one was still under warranty. Didn't want to purchase a new one from them when I could get a free replacement from Lowe's. Very disappointed. So unless you want to purchase everything from them and/or you are certain your broken plumbing was both purchased and installed by them, you may have to look else where.
