He lied! He is overpriced and he doesn't fix his mistakes. He falsely claimed to be a licensed plumber when he only has an apprentice license. In Maryland, licensed plumbers hold journeyman and master licenses while their assistants hold apprentice licenses. Apprentices must be supervised by a master plumber because there are no experience or training requirements for the apprentice license. Collins ignored my requests about any potential Master Plumber overseeing him.

It turns out that his company is unregistered in Maryland and he is not insured?!?!? Its important to hire a company that is accountable for errors. Look elsewhere.

Not a licensed plumber, no insurance, company is not real. You get what you pay for here. If you want a uninsured unlicensed plumber with a fake company this is your guy.
