This company has been awesome to work with. The service and price was the best around. I have the best water pressure now, we went from an above ground pump to a submersible pump and what a difference. Would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone.

I have used Foster Pumps for years, and while I am aware they are under new ownership I've always been happy with the service they have provided.

Recently they added pipe to a well on the property, and repaired a pump on a different well. They showed up when they said they would, and I'm am satisfied with the repairs made.

While I am a little concerned after reading some recent reviews, my recent experience was was a good one.

If your looking for a company that will not honor their warranty. This is your company. Our well went dry called them and they came before 3:30 pm and worked until 4:30 then charged us for after hour work on our bill. Called another company to pull our pump and found out we should of had a safety switch, so our pump would shut off $100.00 part. Called Foster and they said it's a competitive business and that's about all they could say about that. Very upset with this company. They have great customer service but when their a problem they don't back up their work. Are their warranties.

I had used Foster Pumps for years without incident under the old owners. When I didn't have water one morning I called them (at 8 am) and was told it would be early afternoon before they got here which was fine. When I had heard nothing more from them by 4 in the afternoon I figured they weren't showing up. They did turn up at 5 pm and said my pump (which was less then 3 years old had to be replaced). So they replaced it. They then billed me for 2 people/4 hours all at overtime. Not once, did anyone at Foster's ask me if I wanted them after hours and at the higher rate. I called them in the morning - during regular hours. Will never use again. Also, people should be aware that you are now paying for drive time to and fro from Hilmar.

This was the best customer service experience I have received in quite some time. Adam readjusted his schedule to accommodate ours. He worked diligently to rectify our poor water pressure. He installed a new, warranted pump after trouble shooting for 3 hours. Finally, he was able to flush a system blockage and get all pressure back up and running. We were so impressed with his perserverance (sp?) and work ethics. I cannot say anything bad as some other reviewers have about this company. They are the bomb!

This is a terrible terrible company. We had our well pump replaced 2 years ago with the 5 year warranty by them who charged us 1600$. Later we find out that the pump they installed at 115' was only rated for 80-100' and when it failed they said ""we are under new ownership and are not honoring warranties from the previous owners. but what we can do for you is install a new pump for 2000$"" They are completely ridiculous and have zero integrity. Do not trust this company!
