They did do the work, I was quoted one price with a quote is a quote, after the work was completed by a very nice plumber he gave me the same price as the quote. after accessing the problem, not as me describing what I think is wrong I should then be given a price based on what is repaired. I called the owner and he was upset because I asked for a itemized list of what was repaired. he couldn't give me that! I had a flapper replaced he later said, $154 I had a shower cartridge replaced and I had a faucet body replaced. my total was $540!! he argued and said and I quote """"I have plenty money"""" I said I agree because you are ripping people off. needless to say the plumber was great service and pricing horrible!! do not use them over priced and they do not know the price of things they just call out a number.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled to estimate costs for my plumbing needed. They were a no show after waiting all day for them. When I called, to find out what happened, the owner told me to find someone else and hung up on me.

We had many plumbing issues that had added up over time. Foster's was great about fixing them all in one visit!! They help us locate a 2 leaks, fixed 3 slow draining sinks, & added an irrigation line for our gardening. They were on time, did good work & cleaned up. We recommend the Foster's team!!!

I reached out to these folks to have work done at my home. Scott Foster and I had a misunderstaning on what time his tech would be there. I thought he said the tech would call 1 hour before getting there. He called me and said his tech was at my house. I apologized for the miscommunication and asked for 15 minutes. he told me that he can't wait because he has to pay his guys $40Per hour and that i should call someone else and then hung up on me. WHO DOES THAT?? Had he given me the chance I would have paid him for the amount of time that he was at my home waiting plus for the work he did. Scott Foster was rude and unprofessional and I am GLAD that I am giving my money to another Plumber. AM/PM Plumbing came out the same day and took great care of me. I reccomend calling them instead.

We had to use this company for repairs through an insurance claim. The repairs were adequate, however, there were delays obtaining the funds through the insurance company. A check was cut within 3 weeks of completion of the work and the contractor refused to provide documentation of the repairs to close the claim. I can appreciate the anger for the delay in payment - although the account was still closed in less than 30 days - however, the unprofessional response was childlike and unacceptable.

Our hot water heater started leaking over the weekend. I try to shop local and especially during this Covid19 scare,. I wanted to make sure I went with someone local. The plumber showed up on time and was ready to go. We discussed price, and agreed on what needed to be done. I was concerned about the noise since I was having to work from home and I spend most of day in video meetings. The plumber was a pure professional,. never bothered me and my day was not interrupted. All I heard was """"Sir"""" when he was done. I inspected, paid and all is good. Thank you for a great experience. I would recommend to anyone. ~ Matthew Hurst

Very dishonest and childish owner. I had the internal components of a toilet replaced by them and 8 months later it started leaking. When I called they said they had a 12 month warranty and would send someone out. Never got a call and guy never showed up.
