we are their customers. we called ahead of time to have our a/c unit serviced before the hot weather set in. They sent a young man who we've had before come and who had trouble fixing the problem.
he told us it was fixed this time, when we went to use the system, it does not work. he didn't fix it. Their Technicians need to be trained.
