I've now worked with Fossati three separate times - once for help with winter frozen pipes, a second time fixing one toilet and replacing another and most recently closing off a couple pipes for a renovation I was doing. Each time they were super professional and helpful. Really positive experience, got done exactly what I needed to get done, reasonable price. They're very conscientious about the details too. With the toilets, with the one we were replacing it was really important that we get the identical one to replace it, the same form factor etc. A couple days after I made the order but in advance of the visit Debi called and was uncertain about product number we'd found on the toilet we were replacing. Something didn't seem quite right. The product number of the base of the toilet didn't seem to match the model of the lid and the color of the porcelain didn't match. After a little more investigating we discovered the at some point before we owned the home someone had replaced the lid with one from a different model and painted it to match. Long story short tracking down this detail meant avoiding ordering and installing the wrong model. Again, just real attention to detail. I recommend them.

Fossati Plumbing and Heating was very professional from the first prompt return phone call, to the estimation process, ordering process and installation. No surprises here and that's refreshing to say, as some plumbers are not so ""receptive, responsive or professional"". Definitely found my plumber for the distant and not-so-distant future. I had a gooseneck sink faucet which needed to be replaced. They listened to my concerns and the style I was looking for, sent me options...I preferred an option they did not suggest but it still was with their suggested manufacturer. Due to the pandemic, the faucet I wanted was a bit slow coming in. (which was no fault of their own)..They kept me abreast of the situation and continually presented me with the option to alter my selection even after ordering it (as it was on backorder). This made me realize that the customer is truly their priority as they were most concerned about my needs. I elected to wait for the faucet, and upon arrival to their facility, they promptly installed it (faster then I would have expected-within a few days). Installation was painless and very clean. They left my kitchen spotless. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Fossati Plumbing for providing excellent customer service, quality work in a timely manner, and fair and honest pricing.
My phone call was answered by a pleasant and nice person who scheduled my appointment for the very next morning, as I called them in the late afternoon. Other plumbers don't even answer their phones or return your calls. Jeff came and provided me with a very reasonable price quote. He replaced the worn part , and didn't leave until he knew the part was working perfectly. He is a true professional who obviously takes pride in his work. I hired Fossati Plumbing a couple of years ago through a home warranty program. Unfortunately, the plumber they sent either did not know what he was doing, or took advantage of me and purposely fixed things incorrectly so that I would have to call him back for additional repairs. Additionally, he caused a leak in my upstairs bathroom sink that leaked through my ceiling causing it to stain and crack.
The saving grace was dealing with the owner. You can tell she is passionate about her business and agreed to send a painter to come and repair the damage. One highlight was finding a great painter.
At any rate, although I had a really bad experience with the technician, the owner was willing to rectify the issue. She is the reason they are not getting one star.

I have had the best experience with Fossati Plumbing. Jeff and Gene arrived on time and completed the job professionally and timely fashion. They were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about plumbing. Rates were very reasonable compared to other plumbers in the area. I highly recommend them for ANY plumbing needs.

This is the most amazing company in Hudson Valley New York. I had a horrible back injury and while I was in the hospital my furnace blew out. I called deb and the next day I had a new furnace installed with an amazing professional crew. Prior to breaking my back I had three other quotes from other local company's and were way higher. I have three little kids and not having heat or hot water is a disaster. They did everything they promised and more and I cannot thank them enough for what they did.

If every company had a business model as there's we would be living in a utopia world. But I fortunately we don't.

DO NOT CALL FOSSATI - $1,800 per hour? maybe for two hours? I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. I was struggling for days waiting for Fossati to come. Finally they came but wouldn't fix it. They gave me an estimate of $2,300 to replace my Well Diaphragm tank which isn't broken and is 1 foot away from the pinhole leak. They said high price partly because of the time to pick up the tank and dispose of it. I googled the tank and found I could have it delivered in two days for $600. I asked Fosatti how much for just installation (I'd have tank delivered and I'd dispose of it) and they said $1,800! Amazon has plumbers that will install for $500 on average for a job that takes 1-2 hours and includes delivery, installation and disposal. After days of leaks, waiting, stress, research and a bucket of water every 30 minutes, I spent $5 for a repair kit and fixed the pinhole leak temporarily myself. I would have loved to have paid $100-200 for a plumber to fix the pipe better. But I'm outraged to have a plumber tell me to replace a perfectly good working tank and then charge $1,800 for an hour of work! (Amazon reviews said it was about an hour of work to install). Watch out when Fossati gets out their Book of Pain. Fossati uses the Book of Pain to give official and standard looking prices which are outrageously high. Just google the part and you'll see. Pathetic.
