Never again.. why would a company hire such a miserable, nasty person to work the front desk. Didn't get her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag but when we we to pick up a freight shipment she curtly directed us to the back of the building. No further directions. There are no signs or instructions on the building directing you to where to pick up. After finding no one else to ask we called their customer service and spoke to someone who called this location and they told us that a woman would be coming out to direct us if we would just go back to the front of the building. Upon getting back to the front of the building we found the woman standing outside smoking and playing on her smartphone. She did her best to ignore us then when we asked again where to go she copped an attitude saying "door 68 like I said the first time" and went right back to her phone. She never said where to go during the first interaction. She was obviously irritated because someone from corporate had called her. She does NOT need to be in a customer service position.

Houston front office is horrible. They do not have complete information. Need to improve the customer service. Very bad experience.
