I called on a Sunday and Ian (owner's son) came out on Monday. My sewage ejector pump was working erratically. Meaning is wasn't 'ejecting' like it should and there was a sewagey smell around the pump. Ian could see that the electric cord attached to the floaty valve thing (that's a very technical term) had about 2' of cord tangling in with the floaty valve. Thereby causing inconsistencies in operation. He pulled the cord out and taped it so it won't continue to get tangled and reglued where the pump cord and floaty valve cord go inside the ejector. He charged me a house call visit price of $175. He called before coming with his arrival time, was prompt, and friendly. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will use Fortune again.

Where do I begin. I had a running toilet, that I needed help with. I called Jesse from Fortune Plumbing @ 770-295-9117 and he told me his pricing to come out and fix my issue, but instead he diagnosed the problem by text and pictures and saved me the service trip fee plus parts. Listen I don't know many people or businesses for that matter, that are as honest as Jesse is. In this day and with the hard times, that everyone is going through, with personal or business, Jesse took a little time from his busy schedule to help me out. If you don't call Jesse for your Plumbing needs .... you're crazy. Honest, Upfront and Helpful. God Bless people like Jesse and Fortune Plumbing in Cumming Ga. Jose

Work by the hour and are not honest on time spent. Guy showed up at 2:40pm was done and out to the car by 3:38pm. He tried to charge me for 1 1/2 hrs. When I asked him about it he said he got here at 2:25 and could show me the time sheet. When I said I wanted to see it he could not produce it. He told me he could make it for an hour if I wanted and I said I did want to be charged for only an hour. When he was correcting the bill he said """"we all have bills to pay"""" to try to make me feel bad that he was overcharging me!!! I am so tired of all these types of people always taking advantage of me! In the end the toilet was fixed, just not honestly.

Great plumbers. They know how to do the work & are reasonably priced. No reason to call anyone else. Scotty & Brian are my favorites, but they are all really good.

I understand you want to get paid for the work done, but people make decisions based on quotes. The actual bill came in @ $1500 when the work was originally quoted at $300-$400. The additional work that was asked of you is estimated at $200-300. You would not have gotten the job if you quoted the actual amount. I don't blame you though, this was certainly our mistake using Fortune Plumbing.

The customer service and professionalism at Fortune Plumbing was second to none! They were fast and efficient in analyzing my problem with our bathroom leak and were able to fix the problem with limited expense. This is much different than many experiences I've had over the years with plumbers. Jesse from Fortune Plumbing was very professional and took time to show me tips and things I should do to prevent further issues down the road. I was blown away with the service and would definitely recommend them to my friends!

I had a minor leak in my shower and knew NO ONE around town to fix it. I had always stayed clear of the internet when it came to plumbers and electricians because of the faulty reviews (and Yelp had few in our area as it was) on other review websites. I called some friends and two people recommended Fortune, they came out promptly and are currently fixing us up! They also recommended a tile guy to fix the other problems that they noticed. Their fees are normal, you get what you pay for!

Had a need to move a gas line in the basement for a basement finishing project. They came right out , quoted me 3 hours, charged me for two plus a few parts. Did not charge me for the time he had to run over to the box store to get an extra part. Good work Fair Price

My brother-in-law referred Fortune Plumbing to us last year. We were pleased then and the price was right , they got 5 stars The second time was for a completely different thing and again they came right out were professional & quick. They explained everything to my husband & he was satisfied, again 5 stars Today Brian came to fix pipes under my kitchen sink He was on time, smile on his face, very respectful& patient. my little dog barked at him the entire time, & he said he was use to it. The one thing that """"sells"""" me on a company is how they leave my house when their finished. They have never left a mess for ME to clean up. THANK YOU BRIAN..... This time I'd give them a 10.

And thank you too, Gary, for sending Brian here early this morning, after I had called around 7:30 pm last night on 02.01.2021, after closing hours ! I appreciate you all so much !! So grateful that my floor won't get covered in water anymore because of leaks ! Brian is simply a genius - he had a tough job to do here and he figured it all out ! Thank you, Brian !!
