i would give Alan Fortes a 6 if i could! we arrived at our seasonal cabin last Saturday afternoon to find the hot water tank leaking. Alan showed up more or less immediately in response to messages, bringing a new tank and a friendly, helpful attitude with him. when it turned out a different tank was needed, he went back and got it. he spent Saturday evening doing the messy grunt work of getting the old tank out and the new one in and was unfailingly cheerful and enthusiastic the whole time. a lot of people would show up and do the job, but make sure you knew it was ruining their Saturday night. not Alan! the work was done flawlessly and he cleaned up after himself far better than necessary. at the very end he was still upbeat enough to show me the cool remote control spotlight on his truck :) thank you Alan!
