I called Ft. Lauderdale plumber this am and my late am Tim was available to come check out my leak. I am incredibly happy with him and his work so far. Very kind, honest, and hard working man. Super eager to help find our leak. After 6 plumbers, a leak detection company and engineer not helping us and caring, Tim came a long and is willing to step up and help us. About 2 years ago I searched Yelp for a plumber in regards to a water line leaking. Based on the outstanding reviews, i called Tim and explained my problem to him. He arrived 20 minutes later, used a hydraulic crimping tool to replace a small section of the water line where it was leaking. The entire job was finished in under an hour. The price was very reasonable. I recommended him to numerous people over the next 2 year's and called him to do some work on my water heater recently. Tim has a great personality, he does outstanding work and is extremely honest. Don't look any further. You will not be dissatisfied. Tim is the best plumber for your project.

Great communication and service. Unfortunately my problem was an refrigerator problem not a water line problem so Angel wasn't able to fix it. Only after he tried a few things with the waterline did he realize it. I was charged for the service call and part, but not the whole job since my problem wasn't fixed. Angel was considerate and friendly and did his best to help solve my problem.

The team responded quickly and were able to come out the next day to address issue. Service tech was friendly and walked me thru process and cleaned up after project. Only issue was price was higher than expected or planned from earlier conversations.

Tim is a true professional and a master of his craft. I had a water pipe burst in my walls in the middle of the night a couple months back. He came out very quickly and was able to identify the root of the issue immediately to stop the water flow. After buying a new home we noticed a leak in the ceiling so we called Tim. He seemed very helpful and knowledgable so we had him come look at the leak. He came out to the house two days later to identify where the leak was coming from. After replacing a few parts to the toilet he said the leak would be fixed (he had told us he was taking the toilet off but later mentioned as he was running out the door that he was unable to get the toilet off in fear of breaking it). I found this to be strange that as he was working he would not have come down to let me know he was unable to get the toilet off. The leak was not fixed so we called tim again and he came out free of charge. He was here for about 15 minutes did not say much or explain what he did besides that he was able to take the toilet off this time and replaced the wax ring. He was quick to run out the door again probably annoyed he had to come back a second time.... Three days later and the toilet is still leaking into our first floor ceiling. We will be calling a new plumber to have the problem fixed because Tim was unable to do so and always seemed ready to run out the door.

They sent a plumber to my condo who was super smart, and arrived almost exactly within the minute they said he would. As a situation has it, it's going to be a fairly complicated installation project, since the builder cut some corners, some work has to be redone. What's odd is that I was promised to get a quote for the work the following day, which never showed up. I'm sure when I remind them of that they will send it, but the follow up could been better. I'll update the review if I hire them to do the work.

My experience was not satisfactory. Paid 150 for a service call to have my hot water heater repaired. He replaced the thermocouple on my hot water heater and the next day the heater went out again. He came back again to service the unit and by the following day the heater was out once again. After speaking verbally with Tim I was promised he would be out again to take another look at later that day. He never showed up and when I asked where he was he said he was on a job up in boca and I would probably need to replace a part that would cost me 200 just for the part. I ended up getting a second opinion and the second opinion was such a simple fix he didn't even chargeI guess I am out 150 for something that was never fixed.
