I had a problem with my pressure tank and lost all water pressure . Fort Bragg plumbing got out and took care of the problem. The plumber was courtesy and worked rather quickly.

The workman from Fort Bragg Plumbing showed up early and masked, which I appreciated. He repaired my kitchen faucet and replaced my bathroom faucet within an hour. He cleaned up the areas, disposed of the old parts and was totally efficient, polite and professional throughout the appointment. I've been a customer for years, and they've always helped me.

Great service! A bit expensive, but then again, it's out in the middle of nowhere! Their plumber, Tony, is a great professional. They did a gas line job for us in Point Arena. Tony stuck it out, leaving with the job finished at 6:49 pm. Yes, we would call them again.

Our plumbing plugged up on a Sunday - so No toilet - No shower - No dishwashing. We are clients of Fort Bragg plumbing but they had no ""available"" plumber that would come out on a Sunday. Called Monday and their plumber ""had called in sick"" so no one was available. If this is how they care about their clients then it's time to find another plumbing service. I am so disappointed in Fort Bragg plumbing!!!

Had good service from them 15 years ago, but no longer. Very disappointing. I am a local homeowner, and had no water over the weekend. I called them on Sunday for emergency assistance, was told they had no one on call, which I could understand, but they assured me they would call Monday morning at 8 am to set up a service call. Never heard from them. Unreliable!

I had a serious back up issue. I called my landlord, he called FB Plumbing who he always uses. Because of the severity of the problem, they made sure to call the end of the day. It was getting late, but they put in the time to get it done.

I like these guys. They aren't the cheapest, but they work for me.

Disappointing.

They came highly recommended.

I called, they sent someone out to fix a leak, but did not in fact manage to fix anything. I have called them back several times but all I ever get is someone who says she will have someone call me. No one ever does. Meantime, I paid the $100 bill weeks ago.

Isn't there some implicit understanding that a plumber will actually fix the plumbing?
