I used Fort Bend Plumbing a few years ago when my son flushed paper towels down the toilet. They came out in a timely matter but the service was a little pricey. Today I contacted them about my dishwasher leaking water. They tried to take a vantage of me because I work in the medical field and we are currently dealing with a COVID19 outbreak. The service went from $100 for them to look at the dishwasher to $189. If this situation is anything like the last time the price would've been higher once they got to my house! As someone who works in the medical field and a disabled veteran I suggest you avoid this company.

I used Ft Bend Plumbing just over 2 yrs ago to redo a bathroom. Worst experience ever. 1. Worker was cleaning faucet head in kitchen and broke it. Charged me to come over and fix it. No one asked them to clean it. 2. All pipes were replaced under the house but they left all the old pipes there as well including the old faucets. 3. Toilet became unlevel and when we took it off to replace the wax ring, discovered that the flange was NEVER attached to the floor the way it should have been. Also and this is the funniest part, they didn't trim the screws holding the toilet to the flange, they just drilled holes through the covers so they could sit in top. Very unprofessional. They can never seem to find itemized statements just rewrite for what they want.

We had water going everywhere didn't know what to do. Mr George came out trouble shot the clogging issue, repaired issue, and reset and adjusted commode, and gave us a fair price, his efforts, and friendly personality is greatly appreciated

Thiis company is a rip off. They charged almost twice there quote and did a crappy job. Replaced a expencive faucet with a cheap one and also installed the shower shaft crooked. Had to pay a REAL PLUMBER TO COME FIX THERE SCREW UP.
