Arrived almost an hour late, was condescending and unprofessional, and give me a ""swag"" bid of over double what another plumber charged. ""That's too much work and I won't touch it for less than a grand"" was what I was told for something that ended up costing $425 from a better plumber.

Although Forsee didn't do the type of plumbing work I needed (water line run underground from the street to my house) they offered to pass my info along to a plumber that could help. Jones the Plumber contacted me within 30 minutes to make arrangements. Forsee called back shortly after to make sure I had been contacted! I was so surprised they called to follow up on their referral- it's a true testament to their customer service! Forsee will be my first call from here on out!

First off, these guys are a family operation. I talked to the father on the phone and the son came to take care of my issue. When it's your name on the truck, I think it helps to encourage what Jeeves the butler calls 'Commercial Probity'.

The prices were reasonable, I would consider them pretty competitive. They aren't one of the contractor firms where all the technicians have elaborate scripts trying to upsell you, which is something I personally loathe. Jobs are costed on a flat basis. There's a $49 diagnostic and snaking out

Bob II was able to take my information over the phone and sent Bob III over right away. I was shocked that they could provide same-day service. Because my tenants were present, he was able to begin work around 3PM, before I got off work. By the time I got home around 345, he had resolved the issue.

Now, I know I was lucky that I was only dealing with a hair clog today, but I know where I'll be turning if and when I'm not so lucky.

Clearly marked rates, punctual and doesn't leave until the job is done. I found my neighborhood plumber.
