I had a clogged drain under my kitchen sink third week of Jan 2020 (Downtown PHX) . I called my community manager who assigned Forrest to look into it. Their technician missed the first appointment but showed up the next day after calling. They spent one hour fixing the clog and removed the clog which they said was found within 3 feet of the sink (so it was not an HOA issue) . To my surprise their sent me an invoice for $355 just for one hour labor. This was a bizarre price which I questioned. Their manager replied that their charge includes travel time from starting point to destination, fuel, machines + labor. These are items never heard of bein included in price. Vendors simply charge for labor and parts - no parts were replaced so it should have been just labor. Upon arguing the price their manager rudely asked me to pay the bill and never contact them again for service in the future. I would never recommend Forrest for nay service. The issue is that the HOA uses them for all complex issues. They are pricy and their staff is discourteous

Forrest Anderson has always done great work in my home. A couple of years ago they installed a AC unit on my house and did great work. EJ has been to my home to take care of my plumbing needs. The best AC and plumbing company in the valley.

Very expensive. Based on fixed fees; amounts to $200 per hour for plumber probably making $25 per hr Also $5 to 10 part (hose) billed at $50 each; value replacement was around $50 each for values that cost a few dollars and took minutes to replace! Work incomplete; had to call him back. Did arrive on time.

We did a kitchen remodel in which we moved a sink, drain, water lines etc. Mark gave a market competitive quote. He also took extra time to walk me through the steps and answered a lot of questions.

Aaron did the work in 2 phases based. Both days he showed up on time, was very clean, professional and worked very hard.

Of all the contractors we used, Forrest Anderson was by far the best with no issues. Other plumbers quoted slightly less, but also felt much less professional. I will absolutely use these guys again

What a great experience I had with Forrest Anderson Plumbing and AC. We had an emergency plumbing problem with a sewer leak from our upstairs bathroom.
