My water heater in the garage started leaking. It wasn't a big leak, so I wasn't getting flooded. It was a leak, though. I got a phone number from a friend called the number and waited for him to call. He didn't. I put one call into Formula Plumbing Service and had two repairmen at my door within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the leaky stainless steel web pipe that was the culprit. They had the materials with them and replaced both of them in about an hour and a half. I would use them again, although I hope I don't need them.

Bought an older double wide. Had lots of plumbing leaks at drains/toilets/sinks. Worked reliably for two days to get us fixed. Only reason for less than five stars is a """"trained helper"""" came out second morning, and in fixing master bath got water all over my carpet. I mentioned this to them and was told it was clean water no problem. However, this clean water has stained my brand new bedroom carpet, and I will have to get it cleaned. Other than that very reliable great work!

Very responsive however overpriced. simple swap out of Water heater same for same. close to $1,000 just for installation. did not hire.

They do not have camera services. They will still charge you $265 though they can't fix the problem and you will need to pay that to someone else. This company apparently took over the plumber's business I had used and did not inform me of that fact.

I had a big problem with an unscrupulous contractor and Formula Plumbing came to my aid not once but twice in 2 days - They came quickly and were so kind Everyone treated us with kindness and concern, they provided excellent services at a reasonable price ! I felt valued and that I could trust them. will be using them for all future plumbing needs ! Thank you Candace, Amed, Elliot and Jason ( and anyone behind the scenes whose name I didn't mention)
