I was looking to have a new toilet installed and a friend referred Formica. I called and left a message on a Saturday and that Monday received a call back. They were out within an hour and my new toilet was installed before 11am! The service man was extremely professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. He told me they are a family owned business that's been around since 1960, and it was clear he took pride in his company. He also cleaned up after himself and took away the old toilet. I highly recommend Formica and will be scheduling them for another job soon!

Excellent! Called them the Friday after Thanksgiving due to a small disposal clog. They were there in about 90 minutes. Snaked my drain and replaced my disposal that had a cracked housing. In and out in 90 minutes or so. Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was our 2nd time using them in about 2 months and couldn't be happier!!
