Everything went well, from office contact and scheduling to when Josh came out to fix my toilet, it was speedy and correctly done. They also did a larger project in December that Josh was on & he did quick and accurate service with a refrigerator water leak. This has been a good & reliable company for my needs.

they came out to fix my sink on dec 31st and said they had to get the material and the next appt was 1/3/2025. they never showed up and i waited all day. this is the 2nd time. never came, never called, theyre a bunch of losers! do not ever call them!! I wouldn't give them a penny!

Choice Home Warranty uses this outfit. December 16th, CHW contacted them because our toilet was leaking. December 20th, technician came out and caulked around toilet after saying it was the wax ring. December 24th, toilet flooded bathroom. December 26th technician came back out, now says it's tree roots in the pipe and leaves because he has to have permission to fix it. However, he called a Remediation technician to fix the drywall. WHY? The problem hasn't been fixed yet. Technician is supposed to come out on January 3rd to fix problem. January 2nd we get an email stating CHW will not be covering this claim!! All that can go into this toilet is urine, no feces or toilet paper or the toilet will flood bathroom. This is unacceptable!! We have been without a full working hall toilet since December 16th!! My rating for CHW and Forever Lazy Plumbing is a Negative 10. Not recommended to fix an outhouse.

Horrible company! Their plumber has no clue what he's doing. Showed up at my house twice and failed to fix the problem. Basically did nothing but collect the service fee. Had to hire another plumber who fixed the issue in an hour. This company had me without water for 3 days completely unnecessarily! Stay away from them!

Wish I could give negative stars, this is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. The plumber may not even be a plumber has no clue what he's doing, the phone number provided must be a home number where they screen the calls to not answer after no shows. It's a waste of time money and patience. You'll be better off with literally anyone else trust me!

The faucet in my bathtub would not shut off. My home warranty company scheduled Forever Plumbing. He had to go into the wall to replace the part and replaced with much nicer looking faucets than I had before. Fast, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend!!!

No! Do not hire them. They couldn't even call me back to let me know they couldn't replace a hot water heater today and stated that maybe they could this week. That's not acceptable to anyone who hasn't had any hot water for 5 days already!!!

I had to give one star only because they don't allow you to give zero stars. This company is the very bottom of the barrel every appointment that they schedule their 3 to 4 hours late. the voice mail at their office does not identify the company. if you enjoy pulling your hair out this is the company for you.

2nd time I've Forever Plumbing in the last year, 1st time they fixed my faucet regulator in our island sink, 2nd time replaced our garbage disposal. Trish handled both as a direct contact and Jose/Isaiah did the repair work each time. They are a tag team, very clean in their work and top quality service. We used them through Choice Warranty but i suggest you call the company direct otherwise. Based on our conversations they serve the entire Phoenix metro area. Thank you Forever :)
