AVOID AT COSTS!!!! They lie to warranty companies to collect more from the customer. Contact Arizona Attorney general's office if you had problems with them. They have several complaints against them.

If I could give negative stars for Forever Plumbing I would give them -100,000 stars. The rep that came out to look at my water softener and Reverse Osmosis systems told the home warranty company the systems weren't working due to non-maintenance. The RO system was replaced in September 2024. Maintenance on the RO SYSTEM wasn't suggested for a year. It hasn't been one year. Don't hire this company.

I had a plumber out here to fix my sink and my stoppage which he fixed the next thing. I know I wasn't told that now he called out a demolition derby to clear out my kitchen. For Mold, he wanted to make sure we didn't have mold, we lived four days with three fans, running nonstop, the next thing I know I have no kitchen they called in the demolition Derby to make sure the cabinetry dried no one informed me of this. The next thing I know I have no kitchen. They thought this is covered by my house insurance which it is not!! As I explained to them, you need to call my insurance company before any of this is done. I'm left without a kitchen right now. It's costing like almost $12,000. They want to fix to repair, the company they referred us to. I am very upset with this whole situation. Nothing was pre-warned or spoken to about it just happened and no one wants to take up the responsibility. So be aware do not let anyone in your kitchen and don't leave the kitchen and don't let them remove your cabinets because it's not covered by your house insurance they're trying to make money.

A couple years ago I had some damage upstairs toilet was leaking and called Choice Home warranty. They sent a plumber down to see what was the leak and I had somebody replaced the flooring and Forever Plumbing set my toilet and a month ago. I had a leak in the bottom floor of my ceiling the same as the before so I called Choice warranty again and they send Forever Plumbing down And he said something about the floor was not right that's why it was leaking so I called Choice Home warranty again and they sent another plumber down because they couldn't get a hold of Forever Plumbing the plumber took the toilet apart and told me that the plumber, who reset the toilet put the wrong wax ring, he put the smaller ring which would not work because I have tile and that's why it was leaking so we tried calling Forever Plumbing and got no answer Left and got no answer so I'm gonna give them a rating of zero because I had so much trouble with them not calling me back zero star

Everything went well, from office contact and scheduling to when Josh came out to fix my toilet, it was speedy and correctly done. They also did a larger project in December that Josh was on & he did quick and accurate service with a refrigerator water leak. This has been a good & reliable company for my needs.

Josh did a great job! He was on time, very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what the problem was right away. He explained why I was having the plumbing issue without talking down to me. I'm sure a lot of ladies out there know what I am talking about. :) Thank you Josh!

they came out to fix my sink on dec 31st and said they had to get the material and the next appt was 1/3/2025. they never showed up and i waited all day. this is the 2nd time. never came, never called, theyre a bunch of losers! do not ever call them!! I wouldn't give them a penny!

Choice Home Warranty uses this outfit. December 16th, CHW contacted them because our toilet was leaking. December 20th, technician came out and caulked around toilet after saying it was the wax ring. December 24th, toilet flooded bathroom. December 26th technician came back out, now says it's tree roots in the pipe and leaves because he has to have permission to fix it. However, he called a Remediation technician to fix the drywall. WHY? The problem hasn't been fixed yet. Technician is supposed to come out on January 3rd to fix problem. January 2nd we get an email stating CHW will not be covering this claim!! All that can go into this toilet is urine, no feces or toilet paper or the toilet will flood bathroom. This is unacceptable!! We have been without a full working hall toilet since December 16th!! My rating for CHW and Forever Lazy Plumbing is a Negative 10. Not recommended to fix an outhouse.

Horrible company! Their plumber has no clue what he's doing. Showed up at my house twice and failed to fix the problem. Basically did nothing but collect the service fee. Had to hire another plumber who fixed the issue in an hour. This company had me without water for 3 days completely unnecessarily! Stay away from them!
