I just want to say that Will, Phil And Deanna are so nice and helpful and professional. I had a toilet issue and they came to my home through my warranty program and fixed the problem. Then I wanted to redo my faucets. They came and redid both my bathroom and tubs faucets and sink faucets on two different occasions. They even cleaned up their mess. I appreciate a company that cleans up and can work with customers on scheduling and financing. The warranty company is hard to deal with and sometimes they don't cover everything but it is nice when a company has patience and works with you. Thank you.

they don't even deserve one star. this company shouldn't even be in business they over charge and NEVER ANSWER calls. run not walk from this company. they honestly shouldn't even be in business

Real and factual review:
I had to deal with these people simply because of my home warranty company who dispatched them. No one ever picks up the phone, no one returns phone calls, you can't even leave a voicemail. After the initial quick visit, during which they collected the service fee, they disappeared from the face of the earth and never ever contacted me back. I tried multiple times to reach out to them with no luck. How in the world these people operate!
Lastly, upon checking on the Arizona registrar of contractors website their license was suspended! OMG! Then I actually got a relief that they never came back. Unbelievable!
Dustyn B.Coordinated a water heater replacement through my home warranty company. After first inspecting the problem and agreeing to fix it, we set an appointment date for the following week. Neither myself or the home warranty company has been able to contact Forever Plumbing, and it's been over a week since their missed appointment at my property.
Nine days since our missed appointment, 13 phone calls with no answer, 6 voicemails with no call back, and now another horrible review to add to their their records of subpar service indicators.
Absolute joke.
I called Choice Home Warranty and was told that my water heater was leaking and making noises. They called Forever Plumbing and they came over and the technician and he did a quick look over the water heater. He said that a 15-year-old water heater did not work and that there was a water leak in the slab. He only spent five minutes analyzing the problem and quoted me $2,500 to $4,500.00 for the re-fitting of pipes. The cost of the water heater would be around $2,000.00. Choice Warranty agreed only to pay $500.00. My total cost would be up $7,000.00. It turns out that Choice Home Warranty is being sued by Attorney General Consumer Fraud division for deceptive sales practices. (The civil suit started in 2019-2022). Choice Home Warranty was previously sued in 2015 for the same problems.
This company was sent by Select Home Warranty to fix leaking water heater. Phil diagnosed that the unit has to be replaced. Home warranty did not cover it. Since this is a rental house, I had to take care of it right away, and agreed on the price quoted. Later , calling other companies , I realized that it could cost me $500-$600 less, but I am not complaining about that, because I agreed on the price and unit was installed very quickly. Then , for 2 weeks I was trying to get an invoice. Office never returned my calls, and Phil did not either. Finally, after sending many messages , they sent me an invoice. When I had a chance to visit the house(I live in a different state), noticed that an old water heater was not hauled away. There is no response to my voice and text message so far(6 days). I would not hire this company again.
Poor quality work that is overpriced. Installed new water heater and charged $500 for installation. Fittings leaked within a couple of months. Had nothing but trouble getting them to return to fix their poor work.
Daren S.DO NOT let them in your home! Dishonest beyond belief. Break things and lie about it until shown video of them caught in the act. Charged for 3 techs, but only 2 showed up, and no refund. Many hours late, but did not have common courtesy to call to notify. WORST company ever!
Jan 20 9 to 11am, text message indicating Forever Plumbing LLC was on the way, & that we could track arrival by a link. Philip inspected the water heater to determine which part needed to be ordered. Philip took pictures & wrote down the model # to order the part. Jan 27 recv'd text message asking if we were home and that he had the part, but we were not home at the time so sent a message back indicating we would not be home until afternoon. Philip texted back, ""Too late anyway."" Sat Jan 29 rec'vd text message that we now had a service appointment scheduled for Feb 1 & tech will be there between 9-11am. Feb 1 Philip took apart & realized the nipple from old part different to nipple on new part still changing out the nipple with new part knowing it would not work. He says hot water heater was at highest temp it would not turn on. I told him, I don't believe it because the temp was less than set before the dial was raised to higher temp. heater should have turned on, but it didn't. Philip stated they ordered two different parts for it and that other part had not come in, and that if it does not work to give them another call and left. We called numerous times I can't count, each time I was sent to VM and the VM could not take my information because the VM was full. Finally, the scheduler answered the phone in a very quick defensive tone, not allowing me to insert my words and became more an opposition rather than a pseud for concern. Her voice was so loud that my fiancé heard from another room. When I finally was able to talk, I explained the water heater did not turn on even after monitoring. She stated they could not have someone out til Fri & today being Tues, yelling that she is only the scheduler but that she did order the part all with continuous yelling. We called the warranty company; same co. received claim & she would send a different guy to arrive between 9-11am Wed Feb 2. Wed Feb 2, received a text message indicating that our service appointment with Forever Plumbing was scheduled for Feb 2 and tech will be arriving between 9-11am. At 11:30am I called the office, no one answered, going to VM, and not accepted due to VM box full. CHW suggested to wait a couple of hours and that they sent them a message. Today is Wed Feb 2 and is now 12:24pm. We never received a text message like previous indicating the person was on the way and I could track their arrival. We called several times again our call goes to VM, yet the VM is full and cannot accept new messages. Then at 12:30pm I received a text message indicating, ""Hello ma'am, this is the plumber assigned to your job. ETA for today probably later around 330-400pm"" At 350pm I texted plumber back asking if he was almost here. He replied at 350pm,"" sorry not yet. I have one more call in Peoria and then I will be heading your way. I replied at 351pm what time that will be that you'll be here because we were told between 9-11am and now 330-4pm, I don't have a time and we won't be home. Don't you think you should be coming here first since the service call times were not promised? At 355pm, the plumber quickly replied, ""I'm 1 mile from my next job and you want me to travel out to BFE and then all the way back to Peoria. I don't think so. I apologize for the miscommunication from the office, but I had nothing to do with that. Plus, I've had 10 other calls before you."" I replied that I didn't care about his being 1 mile from his next job, & that the times we were told, we adjusted our to do list, and that we've been having bad customer service. He texted,"" K' at this time we were back on the phone with the warranty co. to find us some other service. at 402pm, he texted, ""so you won't be home tonight, and you need first thing in the morning? Is that what I'm hearing? ""I received another text at 410pm indicating that he could be at the house at 5pm. We had an appointment that we put off twice now. Called warranty co. to have job reassigned & requested Chase bank to recoup $65.00 service fee for no services rendered. Thur Feb 3, text stating, ""hi Roger from Forever Plumbing LLC is on the way! You can use this link to track their arrival. Fri Feb 4, we were awakened at 7am by doorbell. I went to check who this was since no one was expected. It was the plumber from Forever Plumbing stated he was here to fix the issue, asking if we were having problems with the water heater. I informed him that we have chosen to go a different route because of how they treated us. He stated he lived close by and that he wasn't too far from our home, and that he wasn't aware that we chose to go a different route. My fiancé checked her phone after she awoke and stated that she had received a text at 534AM indicating that our service appointment with Forever Plumbing LLC has been scheduled for February 4th and that the technician would arrive between 7am-10am. no notification from Forever Plumbing any time yesterday that this this technician was coming!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!
