I have a home warranty company and forever plumbing is on their list. They contacted them and send them the request. They made the appointment they didn't show twice couldn't get through to the phone. Couldn't get through on text message email nothing never returned my calls nothing is left for three days without a sink And missed work due to this Forever plumbing is the worst company out there. the home warranty company even tried to reach out and they never responded back so due to this I had to reach out to another plumber and get my leak fixed without going through my home warranty company because I couldn't wait any longer. Nice plumbing you suck.

This company is a scam. If you are not knowledgeable -they will try to take you for every dime they can. Do not allow your home warranty company to send them anywhere near your home.

If you are looking for a plumber and happen to come across their phone number & try to call - they will surely not answer.  But if you do get so lucky as to an answered phone call, hang up the phone immediately. They are absolutely running a scam.   Whether that is by misinforming the home warranty company to void warranties so they can directly charge the client a crazy amount. Or, the home warranty company knows about it and is trying to get out of the coverage.

Every bad review on here is accurate from our experience. I really don't know if they are playing dumb or they truly should not have their plumbing license. I will be reviewing you on every possible platform, reporting you to Arizonas ROC compliance department.

The background - After previously inspecting our water heater they called us the night before they are supposed to show up and replace it, to tell us the home warranty company would not be covering it. They did it at a time when the home warranty company was closed so we couldn't even contact them, how sketchy. Keep in mind we have been out of any hot water for a week now. For clarification the reason they used is that our water pressure doesn't have a regulator and that's what caused our  water heater to fail after its 6 year manufacturer warranty.

There are a few thousand houses in our neighborhood. We walked a vast majority and did not see a regulator on a single house. If that were the case, per their reasoning, that would cause a variety of things in the houses to fail.

Since then we have learned the town of Gilbert in our area regulates water pressure from 45-80 psi per the Gilbert.gov website. We had another plumber come out to test our water pressure running in on the main line of the house, only to confirm that it is exactly between those suggested pressures. On top of all that we have never had any signs of high water pressure I.e. leaky faucets, rattling pipes, plumbing issues, running toilets in fact we have had 1 low pressure issue. The other plumber who is a residential and commercial plumber for 30+ years made it very clear that this company is not to be trusted or taken seriously.   (we still have not heard from the home warranty company or been able to get ahold of anyone)

How you can morally run a business this way,  I truly will never understand.

We have a home warranty and Forever Plumbing was on their list of approved companies
They we're on time and diagnosed the problem and had to order a new water heater and within two days they were back to install the new one. There follow through was amazing and responded to my calls immediately
The installers were very professional and did a very nice install.
I would use this company for other plumbing needs as well.

Honestly, these people just suck. It is very hard to get in touch with them as they never answer the phone. They told me they would submit the initial diagnosis on my hot water heater to the warranty company the day they checked it. After 2 full days, they still had not submitted the information and they would not answer the phone. It was not worth the headache to deal with them.

I wish I could give them a 0 stars.
first of all There was NO communication with us what so ever. THEY were beyond late for their 7-11am window.
They did not tell us that they were running behind or anything until I decided to call them, Haha they claimed they came and no one opened the door. even though my car was parked outside the house, and the door and garage door was wide open.( lying sake of sh*t)
they said we will reschedule for next day. Guess what they were late for that too! 6 hour late Haha They seemed to have been ghosting us for most of the day. I had to call 14 times (in addition to the several times my wife called to try to get ahold of someone. Each time we were either sent to voicemail. she threatened me with cancellation because of their incompetence.

Josh was the best plumber I've ever had! He was shockingly on time, efficient, and communicative. Also fixed my problem without trying to sell me anything extra which I appreciate. Not sure why there's so many bad reviews online about Forever Plumbing, must have gotten some new guys or changed their act because they were amazing!

After seeing the reviews, I considered canceling but I decided to keep my appointment. I had no issues with the repair and needed a few simple fixes on my toilet. Toilet is no longer running or sounding like there is a cow stuck in it. Only complaints is they were late and I had to call and check the status, the toilet lid was left on the floor (I tripped on it), and the man (while nice) opened my front door with his toilet gloves when leaving. Ick! Otherwise, I wouldn't mind if they came again, nice people overall.

I just want to say that Will, Phil And Deanna are so nice and helpful and professional. I had a toilet issue and they came to my home through my warranty program and fixed the problem. Then I wanted to redo my faucets. They came and redid both my bathroom and tubs faucets and sink faucets on two different occasions. They even cleaned up their mess. I appreciate a company that cleans up and can work with customers on scheduling and financing. The warranty company is hard to deal with and sometimes they don't cover everything but it is nice when a company has patience and works with you. Thank you.
