TLC, specifically Sergio and Ivan, installed a Kinetico water filter for me. They did an excellent meticulous job, answered all of my questions, were clean and courteous. From the initial consultation with Riley from TLC our confidence was renewed by his professionalism and attention to details, even noticing how our house swamp cooler was not running very cool, suggesting we change out the pads which helped immensely.
The Big! team job they did a few days ago to install a roof top evaporative cooler and install the necessary electrical connections from the attic to roof to the thermostat control which Dakota kindly recommended and installed was amazing!
Their team flowed in and out,
about 6 technicians and managers came through to check and get us cool.
It was particularly important to expedite this job since my 98 year old mother was fading in the warm house. They were all polite, and professional and I highly recommend this company!

Update *
After 3 and 1/2 weeks I have cold air. TLC made good on thier warranty. They installed a new a/c unit and it's working great.

Andy was my service technician. He was prompt, neatly dressed in his company uniform, well groomed, friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, TLC is expensive but worth every penny. I'm 70 years old -- I felt comfortable letting a technician into my home who I believe was honest and most likely had a back ground check. I'm highly recommending this company!

I've had TLC Plumbing perform several jobs for me over the past year. Each time was a pleasant experience with an efficient result. Yesterday, I had Fernando Dos as my technician and once again, TLC demonstrated extreme professionalism and quality results. He fixed a leak in my bathroom, secured the necessary parts and performed necessary tests within just a few hours and for a reasonable price. He explained everything he was doing carefully and let me decide my options.

I reached out to TLC for an estimate on changing from a swamp cooler to a mini split. The estimator was early to our appointment and was very knowledgeable and cordial. When I received the quote it was $30,000!

I asked for a detailed estimate (I have 26 years in Engineering and construction) as I began my career as an estimator and ""know the game"". The response I got was "" I am unable to provide a detailed breakdown of your estimate. TLC doesn't offer a breakdown of their pricing as it's listed in red letters at the bottom of the quote.""

I'm throwing a bs flag on the field. I know for a fact they provide detailed quotes to many of their high end clients.

My recommendation, only call TLC if you are in a last minute pinch and enjoy being ripped off.
