It was easy to schedule an appointment and the service guy took care of the drain quickly. He also assured me that I wouldn't have future issues. They were super helpful and nice, and even though the manufacturer's part didn't solve the problem, the entire team at Ford's have been checking in with me on the issue. Exceptional service by Luis today! I was all set to wait at least a couple days for service (Couldn't. Toilet ) but was slotted in for same day service. I was all set for the 4 hours service window but my guy was able to come earlier. I was all set for an unbelievable price but it was actually less than the last 2 companies I've used over the last several years. Luis was very nice, very efficient and communicative, and left the work area clean. A co-worker recommended Ford's. I owe them dinner! Ford's will be my go-to plumbing company.

Very responsive, and technician arrived on time to inspect my faulty rain shower temperature valve. Unfortunately it is a Chinese product that they are unable to quickly diagnose, but we were able to find product information online and they will be back after doing their research. Luis was a great ambassador for their company and I look forward to having him back for the repair when we have more information on how to fix it.

I've been a fan of Ford's Plumbing for over 20 years.

We had problems with the valves in the master shower. Luis was on site in no time. He diagnosed the problem, created options for the remedy we had our action plan.

The first time they did a job it was OK but a bit pricey.

Then for another problem, they changed their story three times as to what it needed. Even though it had been snaked (with no success... twice), they did it again (and with no success again). Last option was putting a camera thru the system, which is expensive, and then there would be a repair which could be several hundred dollars or even more.

I called two other plumbers, and they said to change the trap and snake it again.

Bingo. One of them did that and fixed the problem. And only $250 which was less than even getting the camera party done. Think twice before choosing this plumber.

PS I called three times and asked to speak with the owner. He did not call back once. Obviously, they are hiding something. Let the buyer beware.
