On a Sunday night we discovered a major plumbing issue that had backed up water into our downstairs bathroom, flooding the bathroom and making it impossible to use any water in the house. No toilets, sinks, nothing. Called around and reached Scotty, and he was there in an hour. He promptly figured out what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. A total lifesaver. He also diagnosed some other issues we may have since our house is old with old plumbing, and how to deal with them. Highly recommend. Five stars.

I just had a conversation with Robert from Ford's plumbing about a mystery leak I had. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and very clear on the steps his team would take and the potential costs. All in a non-salesy way. I was impressed with his level of knowledge about plumbing issues and potential causes of leaks.

Worked with Ford's 1.5 years ago to audit our pipes. They discovered some serious safety issues with our gas piping, and worked to fix them right away. They also responded promptly to any follow up work we requested.

Just got off the phone with them about doing some repair work on a tankless water heater they installed as well. They were quick to find the warranty and set up an appointment to come out right away.

10/10 service - very glad we found them.

Ford's Plumbing has come to our condo on two separate occasions, and each plumber has done an efficient, speedy, and outstanding job. In each case we needed a line unclogged, and each time the plumber went to work quickly and handled the job neatly, calmly, and very professionally. They fully explained the problem involved in each instance, and they even made much-appreciated recommendations for the future. I will definitely not hesitate at all to use Ford's Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs. By the way, the price was very reasonable, although I had not been doing a lot of price comparisons. I found Ford's plumbing through Angie's list, where they are highly recommended, so I expected them to be good. And they even exceeded my high expectations.

Scotty helped with numerous jobs ranging from installing a steam shower to fixing a sump pump and replacing check valves. He has years of experince/knowledge and has been great at coming up with solutions to complex problems. Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work.
