Force plumbing response to my Google review is a lie. NEVER did I get a breakdown of parts and costs for meon Iso temp. shower regulators. If so they never sent to me. The spout was quoted but NEVER the 1st or 2nd meon regulator yes requested by my wife. what does that have to do with anything. A very high Flat rate was charged for each install. which of course they do not think so. I got one flat bill in the email.
I asked the owner he had no words but to tell me the cost of doing business. Then they have the nerve to tell me I am taking advantage of a small business? laughable. Read for yourself. Below is my review then theirs.
What a difference 2 years makes in a business. We recently used force plumbing for a shower head Meon iso temp charger. Never got an estimate but trusted force plumbing due to past business. Turned out my wife wanted another one installed in guest bathroom besides a tub spout which that install was fair.
Bottom line if we knew force plumbing would charge a ""flat rate"" for each install, we never would of agreed. Over $325 a piece for under $20 to $40 part! Amounts to 7xs the price of the part. The tech was maybe 30 mins. in finishing the job.
I called to talk to the owner, Joe, he just gave me excuses for high cost of doing business these days and could care less. He even acknowledged doing business with us before but no kind of resolve on a ""overpriced"" job, which he knew. We feel we were taken advantage of. Seems desperate times in business so beware.
We will not do business with Force Plumbing ever again.
I would recommend asking for breakdown of job before any work is done by force plumbing, which they never gave, just the final bill. That in itself is suspicious. So if no breakdown, move to the next plumber.

There MISLEADING response. says it all

Dear Mr. DePalma: As standard procedure all work is quoted BEFORE it is started. The technician installed genuine Moen factory repair cartridges in both bathrooms at the request of your wife. The tub spout was also quoted BEFORE installation and approved. The Moen Posi Temp tub/shower cartridges cost upwards of $60.00 each. The retainer clips also needed replacement. To say that Joe the owner no longer cares is also a lie. He called you while he was away on vacation two times and also when he returned home. Our technicians are highly trained and background checked. We are a licensed, insured and bonded plumbing company that is trusted in thousands of homes in the Bayshore community. For you to accuse Force Plumbing and Heating of taking advantage of you and we are in ""desperate times"" is absurd. We did not think that you would take advantage of a fellow small business by going to Google and blatantly lying about the scenario. We are the highest rated plumbing company in the area for a reason. We take pride in our workmanship and stand by our work. We had a ""bubble"" in our bathroom ceiling and we called Force Plumbing based on numerous Facebook recommendations. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to fit us in for the next morning. I'm sorry I didn't note her name. The tech, Matt, and the trainee, Anthony, showed up on time and were professional and efficient. They quickly located the problem and proceeded to fix it by replacing the wax ring on the upstairs toilet (explaining what they needed to do before performing the service so there were no surprises). They cleaned up after themselves and even recommended a company to remediate the effects of the leak. The price was reasonable and we were happy with the entire experience. Matt was knowledgeable and I was so happy to see that Force Plumbing is hiring young men and women and training them for a great career! I will surely recommend Force to those looking for a plumber and will use them in the future should we require plumbing services.

Do not trust them. The work quality is very poor. Their technician broke the parts during the work, and asked me to pay extra hundreds of dollars to repair it. Unbelievable!

As a newbie homeowner, it's been a hectic whirlwind of nonstop lists of todo's and unexpected household expenses. Imagine the biggest fright happening on Halloween morning - the discovery of a ceiling leak from our upstairs bathroom. Thankfully, I've been bookmarking different vendors from our local neighborhood Facebook groups, and I kept seeing one name being recommended for plumbing work -- Force Plumbing. Every person that's recommended Force Plumbing have said they were excellent with pricing and reliable.

Since it wasn't an emergency call, we contacted them on the next business day, and I gave them some info about our issue, and although they had a full schedule, they said they would try to fit us in. I received an automated text through their service app as soon as a technician was on the way around 2:30pm.

Our technician Joe was able to take a quick look and gave us an upfront pricing estimate and overall scope of the work that might be needed. We decided to go with Force since we wanted the work to be done right then. He had all the tools and parts in his van, and was able to repair our leak in 90 minutes, and even gave us advice about potential repairs and a timeline of what we should expect needs to be done in our bathroom. He even cleaned up everything after the repair. Thanks to Force Plumbing for coming to our rescue and thanks to Joe for all his knowledge and for fitting us into his day!

PS. Our household has been cautious during Covid with risks, and I really appreciated that Joe was masked and gloved the whole time while working in our home despite the strenuous work of lifting the toilet and doing repairs! Thank you Force Plumbing!
