Force Home Services was founded in 1988 as Air Force Mechanical and over a decade later dropped the mechanical name to Air Force Heating & Air Conditioning. We have serviced all of the Denton area and neighboring communities. We concentrate on home services, as we enjoy engaging with our clients and assisting them find the ideal option to their requirements. Back in 2009, we acquired Millard Heath Services, a company in the Denton area since 1950. Millard Heath had a water division, and we chose to maintain the water service. It was clear that a new name was necessary as we grew our services to add plumbing, leading to the birth of this new identity.
The company has been owned by Ron Strelke since 2001, and he is actively in the day-to-day operations. He spent the first 25 years of his career in the sales sector. This role required considerable travel and time away from family. With three young children, he sought to be closer to home and not miss precious moments with his kids as they developed. During 2001, a friend decided to transfer his family AC business. He seized the chance to take on a fresh endeavor. This opportunity presented a chance for expansion, helping the community, and keeping him close to home. Ron is the President of Air Force Heating & Air Conditioning, doing business as Force Home Services. He is licensed for air conditioning (TACLB6645E) and is qualified for home performance testing.

i need a coil clean on my interior air handler coil and the company that installed my equipment gave the estimate and scheduled me for the following Monda.
I have had several marketing calls from Force and decided to ask if they could accommodate me sooner and they scheduled for today and I described in detail the ease of access and my request for a coil out clean.
Ground level in a closet with plenty of access.
Estimate $450-600
The tech was late but called ahead and once he arrived I was met with the feeling he was not interested in doing the work.
He too a quick look and asked if they had given a price and I told him yes and let him know the numbers where he proceeded to the truck and got on the phone and during the call he said it would be $800-900:and I explained the first company was onlly half as much and he gave his card and left.
Upon calling the office to voice my displeasure I was called back by an operation manager who only seemed to make several excuses and tell me the service is actually $1300
So I wasted a day off and found out the Force Home service is not to be trusted
(( As Expected the Company is trying to say they made a mistake and they did not know I needed the coil cleaned outside. They did know and the lady on the phone consulted another person prior to pricin. And once the so called mistake was found absolutely no effort was make to rectify the issue))

Force Air wows us again! Just had my HVAC System maintenance appointment. To my good fortune, Paul LeClaire was the professional rep who handled the service call. He came highly recommended - now we know why. Paul was extremely knowlegeable, thorough, patient and congenial. He took the time to explain issues of concern, repair options, safety issues, pricing and financing, should that be needed. His manner was impressiove and his professionalism - top notch.
He's spoiled us for any others. I could not commend Paul more. After years of trying competitors of Force Air, being disappointed, misled, lied to and ripped off along the way - finally, and at long last, I feel confident in the abilities of the highly skilled staff at Force Air to handle all my home maintenance needs and repairs for the duration.

This company charged me $341.93 to replace two thread-on style garden hose bibs. The total job took 45 minutes and only $15.00 in parts. When questioned about their labor rates they would not discuss or disclose a 'labor rate' and instead of offering to come to an agreement about the bill, their resolution was to try to give me a free home inspection, so they could get more work from us. No thank you! We will choose someone else, anyone else, the next time we have an issue.

I called Force Home services for a clogged drain and within a few hours I had two professionals at my house to inspect the issue. They were polite, efficient and quickly cleared the blockage. They then ran a camera and identified additional issues, which was also dealt with. The overall bill was exactly the rate as published online and there was no upsell during the entire process. I highly recommend Force Home Services.

replaced water heater o n a sunday, fathers day no less. quality work done fast at reasonable rates

I called yesterday about my water pressure in my house. I was scheduled for first thing this morning. Michael and another tech arrived After texting that they were on the way. Immediately they assessed my faucets and showers, determinEd the valve for water pressure was loose and resolved my issue. Both techs were so knowledgeable and explained the reason for my problems. They were clean and very respectful of my home and me. Their professional manners and how they handled the situation from start to finish was first class. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs going forward. These days it's important to know the people and service you are paying for. The price of my service was very reasonable.

Paul was our service person, great service extremely professional. Be sure to take the service contract, best deal in town. We did not have a problem just an annual check.

Trying to find a leak, they made me remove a mirror wall that cost 200 to remove and haul away, to no avail they went and tore out my brick looking for the leak. Still didn't find it. The bill for that was above 800 dollars they reduced it to 580 after I protested.

Technician Isaac showed up at my dads house to do a health check on his sysytem. He was told that he needed to replace the start capacitor. Isaac then started pressuring my 84 year old dad to replace the pan below the A/C unit and he needed to do a thorough duct cleaning And sealing for $1200.00. My dad finally agreed to have the start capacitor replaced and not to do the other work. Isaac then charged my dad $444.00 to replace the capacitor. This job should cost no more than $150-$175 quoted from several reputable HVAC people.I found the exact replacement for the capacitor that was installed on amazon that had lasted many years for $12.50. My dad was never given the opportunity to sign the invoice, the technician forged his signature. I understand that with COVID some might say that's the reason for the forging but my dad has had both rounds of the vaccine and the time needed for the vaccines to be effective so I'm not buying that. Price gouging the elderly is a class A misdemeanor. When I remove the old capacitor I'm going to have it checked. If its still good I'm going to contact the police, the texas attorney general and the BBB And anyone else that will listen and have this company and technician charged to whatever extent the law will allow. Taking advantage of an elderly couple and pillars of the community like my parents is a special kind of deplorable evil. I'm sure they aren't the first and if allowed I'm sure they wont be the last elderly couple this company and technician will take advantage of. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU THAT WERE INVOLVED!!!!!

I haven't even really used their services. I receive mailings and I asked them to take my name off of their mailing list, they say they will and yet it continues. If they don't even go by their word of taking you off a mailing list, what kind of business are they really going to do for you with that kind of honesty? It was really just a simple thing and taking somebody off their mailing list. I wouldn't even trust the reviews that are on here for good service.
