I purchased a high-end Carrier system from these fine folks. The installation was plagued with challenges (e.g., not enough space for new unit in attic, etc.). A couple of the issues were avoidable, hence the 4 stars. However, I must say that Force Home Services is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. They never made excuses and my satisfaction with their work and product was always their only concern. I know my job cost them more than they made, but they never complained or brought up their expense. They just did the right thing. This commitment to service is not just with management -- every employee I have encountered demonstrates the same commitment.

Not every install goes perfectly, and that's exactly when customer service becomes critical.

It's also worth noting that the owner, Ron, has many veterans on staff. It's great to see a local business giving opportunities to our local heroes. You gotta like that!

We have used Force Home Services numerous times for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Every single time they were able to set an appointment with me much quicker than I had expected. The technicians are always clean cut, well spoken, respectful and took great care in making sure my wife and I felt comfortable and understood everything that they were trying to accomplish. I could begin to count the number of people that we have referred to Force and they have all been blown away by the level of service they receive.

Force Home Services is excellent. We have had them for 2 years now and are very happy with them. They inspect our heating and AC twice a year and plumbing once. Absolutely NO sales pressure to replace things, even our small upstairs 23 year old furnace that is only used a couple of times a year. When we have had AC problems, they are here usually same day and knock out whatever is going on. We cannot recommend them more enthusiastically! They are awesome!!

Had Force Home Services come out last week to fix ac and had to call them back again. We have a business of our own and ask them to waive service and instead of just saying no they said, to find another company. We already had an appointment to 2 o'clock today. This is the worst company! Worst customer service I ever had to deal with!!!

I had a gas leak in my business that forced me to shut down. The fire department and assessed that is was the water heater causing the problem. I called Force Home Services and lady who answered the phone told me one of their technicians, David, would be out as soon as he finished the job he was currently working on. David arrived promptly, had the piece I needed on his truck and fixed it asap.. He was incredibly friendly and they will definitely get my business from now on.

I've been a customer of Force Home Services for a few years now as they have installed two new AC units at my home. Today, I had a routine plumbing inspection performed. Mike was prompt, courteous and probably the most professional service provider that has ever crossed the threshold. After the inspection, Mike went through his findings and explained everything in detail without being demeaning or brief. I decided to have one issue repaired while he was here. A leaky, stubborn pipe gave him quite the fight but Mike was able to complete the repair quickly without any damage to the rest of the sink or pipes. He even took care to carefully clean up the site and put up with my overly "helpful" hound dog! Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and professional folks at Force Home Services.
