Home warranty company assigned to fix my kitchen faucet. Showed up for initial appointment (to claim the $100 fee) and never showed up afterward. Several excuses (sick, sent an associate, don't have part) over a two-month period. Seldom answers phone or returns calls/texts. Avoid this company completely and save yourself the headache.

I got assigned this guy from my home warranty company and he was terrible.

Didn't return my calls, missed not one but TWO appointments, and told me he couldn't fix my problems for various reasons -- didn't have the parts, the company wouldn't cover it, etc. Weeks went by.

He did install one thing successfully but put the gasket on the wrong side so it leaked water all over. The next plumber fixed everything in one visit and thought nothing of it.
