I am finally back to write another review for the wonderful guys at Foothill Plumbing. I guess, when it rains, it pours, and just after a few months of having Russell & Joe here to replace my toilet innards, my hot water heater decided it was time to go. I had a top of the line, 50 gallon Bradford White since 2001, wow, until it decided to leak. I called the owner, Michael, to get some options, and after we discussed it, I decided on a tankless hot water heater, which I now have outside, freeing up the closet that the hot water heater was in.

Michael recommended a Navien, which is top of the line, and I had it installed 3 days later. Because it was a Saturday, he asked his crew who wanted to come and help, and I was shocked to hear that Russell jumped on it, because we had had such a great time when he was here to fix my toilets. I love these guys!!!

I am so glad I decided to get the Navien, because it is so quiet, and imagine, an unlimited supply of hot water. This actually has a sensor, that figures out your time schedule, and knows when you need hot water, for a shower or dish washing. The best part was, I was able to get a rebate from the Gas Co., which was supposed to end in December, but has been extended. What more can you ask for.

I can't say enough about Foothill Plumbing, and I hope that if you are looking for a plumber in the future, that my review will help in your decision. The average person usually has a doctor or dentist or lawyer for years, until they retire, so why not a plumber?

Reliable company that does great work. Joe and Russell were not only a pleasure to work with, they were efficient, clean, and honest.

Our toilet was moving and seemed to be leaking. They came out and were very surprised that our toilet lasted as long as it had, as it wasn't installed properly. Joe and Russell did a great job of making sure we understood what needed to be done to fix it and we could clearly see they were very knowledgeable.

So happy to find a local plumber, as I love supporting local and family owned businesses. We will definitely use them again.

Beyond satisfied with the quick and professional service by Jesse. We had a new gas range delivered and the guys couldn't install the gas line due to a damaged valve. Jesse came in and safely removed the valve and installed a new nipple to extend the gas line out of the wall and also installed a new valve along with testing for any potential gas leaks.

Once again Foothill plumbing gets out here so quickly and gets the job done! Russell and Joe were awesome! communicated all the time and they both were courteous and professional. Thr Gas Co. reported a gas leak at my hot water heater. Mike followed up with me as promised and came out the next morning to make a repair. He was knowledgeable, straight-forward and courteous. I am so appreciate for his excellent service and now have a local plumber I feel comfortable with.

I called Mike on. Saturday and he asked me to send a photo of my broken faucet. After seeing the photo he said they could not get the part immediately as it was custom. He walked me through how to take off the faucet and told me where to get the part and said he was available when needed. He followed up on the phone to see how it was going and he did all of this as a courtesy. I was so happy to just have someone to talk to so we could turn our water back on and not wait for a part without water. Super responsive and competent. Thanks Mike

Joe and Russell are awesome. They're always professional and they've helped us out many times, most recently with a sewer line repair. This was an unfortunate circumstance but they walked me through my options, gave me their recommendations, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them and Foothill Plumbing.

I had a gas leak and called the gas company to come out to take a look and they had to shut off everything because there was a small leak. I called the Foothill plumbing at 7o'clock at night and they were ready to send someone in the morning the next day. Joe and Mike were on time and so knowledgeable about the process of testing and fixing gas leaks. They even stayed later to help explain all of the areas that were leaking and let me know what materials they were using before they fixed each area. I really appreciate your honesty and care with their work. Thanks Joe and Mike! I will definitely be contacting you guys again if I have any issues
