I thought I had a burst pipe so called them to fix it. They came for 3 mins to tell me it was the kitchen faucet and they couldn't do anything. For a less than 5 minute service call, I was charged $199. Owner acknowledged in follow up call that they spent no time at all at my house but said ""he had a business to run"".

Edit to add photo of bill that acknowledges the issue was ""unfixable"" with a $199 ""labor"" charge. What labor? Have you ever had a company charge you for a job they didn't take and/or for time not spent?

Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded.

I had a clogged kitchen drain. foley's showed up and cleared the clog- to a point where I feel confident it will not back up again. The guys were extremely professional, and made my drains free and clear.
They were on time . They were neat and tidy. Thank you Foley's!

Without being able to ever see the pipe he gave a high price to replace it when it didn't need replacing and was only advised their was a estimate cost after they came out. NEVER AGAIN!

After years using Foley we have finally given up. Their service is excellent, technicians very competent but you pay a premium for their service. On a recent request to replace a water pressure tank, they were the highest of five quotes. Our new supplier was 20% less for a a bigger and better tank and equal in service. This was our second problem with Foley. We requested assistance last winter where Foley's bid was originally $1300 but reduced immediately by $500 when we mentioned others were bidding on the job. We ended up paying $350.

Did not advise of ""emergency"" pricing until after the job. Anything on a weekend is considered an emergency.
