Enrique and his team at Focus Rooter and Plumbing completed a large project - replacing a significant amount of my sewer pipes that had roots growing through them. I went with Focus Rooter after meeting with several plumbers and I'm glad that I did. Enrique was great to work with - great communication, very knowledgeable, and offered smart solutions for the plumbing problems I was facing. Enrique and his team were very hard working and did an excellent job!

It was July 3. Monday at 5am I went out
to my garage to see a stream of water coming from the water heater!!
Frantic calling around, Enrique picked up the phone.
He said, he can come out, and give me a free estimate, and tell me if it's fixable or not.
Meanwhile I got prices, how much it would be a new water heater, and labor.
In 25 minutes we disgust my options:
I had my new water heater couple days later, ( get permit, be up to code), and was $ 800 cheaper, what others quoted me.
I'm very satisfied with he's prompted respond, and honest pricing, he's on my speed dial:)!!

Focus Rooter did an EXCELLENT job! I recently converted my tub to a shower. Shortly thereafter it wasn't draining. Focus Rooter came in and fixed a botched plumbing infrastructure job.

He showed up on time, came prepared with all the tools and supplies, ruled out clogging issues first, and was the only person I contacted who crawled ALL the way underneath the house to assess the pipe infrastructure, which was the problem - then he fixed it. He was also thoughtful enough to take video and pictures of the work when he finished and sent them to me. Thanks again, Enrique!

Focus Rooter and Plumbing really did a great job. I called fairly late in the day with 2 clogged toilets. They came when they promised and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently at what I consider a fair price for a minor plumbing emergency ! I would definitely use them again.

We had a leaking garbage disposal and Enrique was able to replace it quickly. While he was here we also had him check and replace a leaky faucet and reconnect a water heater. He is a great resource to have for all our plumbing problems.

Enrique did an awesome job replacing our old disposal. He explained the issue (it was old and had rusted through) and provided us with a few different options for replacements. He luckily had all of the parts with him and was able to complete the job in about an hour, and showed us that everything was working well. Fast response, reliable and very knowledgeable about the issues. They also run cameras to get to the ROOT of the problem. I also recommended Focus to do work on all three bathrooms at my mom's house... I highly recommend.
