We just bought our house and didn't know our plumbing was bad. Dirty water came up from our bath tub and toilet wouldn't flush. We called Focus Rooter and Plumbing and came the next day and found the problem. Main line towards the sewer was broken and we didn't even have a sewer clean out. They gave us a quote that was very reasonable and started work the next day. They finished the job and we couldn't be more happy we can use the water again. I would definitely recommend them to any of our friends, family, or even strangers because of the professional work and price.

Came home after a long hike on Labor Day to find our water heater leaking. Called a couple of places and Enrique said he was around the corner. What a relief to have fixed so quickly. I called for my mom's leaking kitchen sink faucet. Enrique was quick to respond and gave us a fair estimate explaining what he needed to fix and replace. It turns out that the pipes were installed incorrectly and the pipe itself was leaking as well as the sink drain leaking. He and his team went to get new parts and replaced the pipes and drain. He also discovered a clog in the pipes that was also causing a backup. He fixed the clog as well. I highly recommend Enrique and his team for prompt amd thorough plumbing services.

It was July 3. Monday at 5am I went out
to my garage to see a stream of water coming from the water heater!!
Frantic calling around, Enrique picked up the phone.
He said, he can come out, and give me a free estimate, and tell me if it's fixable or not.
Meanwhile I got prices, how much it would be a new water heater, and labor.
In 25 minutes we disgust my options:
I had my new water heater couple days later, ( get permit, be up to code), and was $ 800 cheaper, what others quoted me.
I'm very satisfied with he's prompted respond, and honest pricing, he's on my speed dial:)!!

Focus Rooter did an EXCELLENT job! I recently converted my tub to a shower. Shortly thereafter it wasn't draining. Focus Rooter came in and fixed a botched plumbing infrastructure job.

He showed up on time, came prepared with all the tools and supplies, ruled out clogging issues first, and was the only person I contacted who crawled ALL the way underneath the house to assess the pipe infrastructure, which was the problem - then he fixed it. He was also thoughtful enough to take video and pictures of the work when he finished and sent them to me. Thanks again, Enrique!

Focus Rooter and Plumbing really did a great job. I called fairly late in the day with 2 clogged toilets. They came when they promised and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently at what I consider a fair price for a minor plumbing emergency ! I would definitely use them again.
