Our kitchen sink side sprayer was leaking so we reached out to Mark @ Focus Plumbing to install a new part. Mark was quick to respond and able to get to our house within a week of booking the appointment. Mark arrived on time, and fortunately we did have the correct part so he had no problem getting it installed. After installation we noticed a leak on the faucet itself, but Mark was able to get that corrected as well. On time, great work on the job, final amount was well within the quote.. We would highly recommend working with Focus (and Mark) for your plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink faucet handle broke and the manufacture sent us new parts. We hired Mark to fix it. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts so it couldn't get fixed properly. Mark spent two hours trying to make it work. He is professional, courteous and on time. He didn't even charge us for the two hours he spent trying to fix our problem. I would highly recommend Mark at Focus Plumbing to all of our plumbing needs.

Mark has come out to my house to install a new water softener and a new toilet over the last few years. He responded quickly, was very professional, took the time to explain what the issues were, and always left the work area really clean. I would definitely hire Mark again for any plumbing issues. I hope he doesn't retire or quit the plumbing business anytime soon!

I'm so grateful that I found Mark and his company's information in the Villager! He was booked out a week in advance but was able to squeeze us in NEXT DAY! We were working with Contractors from Hell and they did something to cause the pressure in our shower to be non-existent. He came over, identified the issue, fixed it on the spot and even took the time to explain it! We were getting a General Contractor quote at the time (to fix CFH issues) and he even advised us to work with them first before he did anything to help with the dishwasher install.
