I used Focus Plumbing twice in the past 12 months and find their service nothing less than excellent. On both occasions they sent Mike and was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. His workmanship was the neatest I've seen in a long time. Great company, great employees!
We all know that plumbing or electrical work at home is something that needs to be done right the first time. My experience with Focus Plumbing is just that. Couldn't be happier.

Our home warranty company sent three different plumbers to fix an issue with our tankless hot water heater. They couldn't solve the problem with hot water flow to our tub. Adan Ramirez listened closely and correctly diagnosed the issue as being an incorrect setting. He didn't try to sell us a née hot water heater as one plumber did. I will definitely call Focus first in the future.

We've hired FOUR other plumbers to come out and do this job and all of them said they couldn't but Mike came in and did it for way less than we were expecting to spend and without having to rip up my walls/ceilings! 10/10 would recommend.

I called Focus Plumbing to provide an estimate to fix a water leak in my main line. Their proposed cost was extremely high and way out of line compared to other competent plumbing companies. I was quoted just under $10,000 to replace a 50 ft water main pipe between the meter and home/irrigation isolation valves. Their justification for the high cost was the need to relocate a few large landscaping boulders prior to digging the trench. Unlike other companies, the tech on scene was not the estimator. The tech was on the phone and sharing photos with a manager back at the office. When I asked what would be the cost if I had the boulders moved prior to the job, their response was ""take $600 off the price."" Needless to say, I moved on and received three additional estimates, ranging from $3,900 - 6,000 for the same scope of work.

Adan Ramirez is a great guy. He's the best service man I have ever met. He's very professional and create best products needed for the home. Can't wait to invest some money to get my home back to its solid state based on his recommendations. Thanks so much Adan can't wait to have you back in few weeks for the repairs.
This is just a follow up. Just wanna let y'all that Adan was back to my place and he got the job done. Timely and professionally. Over $4000 was spent. We called Focus Plumbing 4 months ago when we had a blockage in our pipes and had a back-up. A gentleman came out the same day, was here about 20min. And the problem was resolved.
Now 4 months later the problem was back but worse. We called Focus Plumbing thinking they were so good last time might as well use them again. They sent a guy out the next day. He was unsure how to handle our situation due to our home being older. It was built in 1964. He spent a good amount of time just wandering the yard looking for a hidden clean out and unable to find one. Then spent over 4 hours trying to clear our line, after calling in reinforcements. The 2 of them proceeded to break our new toilet in another bathroom with the snake from the master bath. They sent a camera down the drain that had not been cleared and then proceeded to tell us all of our pipes under the house were destroyed and quoted us $25,000 in repairs and left us telling us they had scheduled another plumbing company to clear the line because they weren't able to. They then charged us $700 for breaking our toilet. saying after the other company came out and cleared the line they would do the $25,000 job, ripping up all our floors and replacing the plumbing ect....
Next day, no one comes, I call and they never scheduled with the sister company. ""They forgot"". Meanwhile we are stuck with NO PLUMBING!! We hear from a an employee from Focus Plumbing saying they don't want to have anything to do with our job and they will reimburse us for the $700. Which I was glad about. However we have yet to see the refund!
I called and scheduled with the other company. They come out that day and immediately head to the roof and clear the line through the vent. This evidenced to us that Focus Plumbing had no idea what they were doing. The camera also showed our pipes were not broken and line had been cleared. Charged us for their service, at reasonable price.
Focus Plumbing sent amateurs who knew nothing about plumbing to our house to overcharge and destroy our property.

We had a small leak from our ceiling that needed attention and Brandon was AWESOME!!! He not only explained everything he was doing, was upfront about need, priority, and cost, but he was extremely personable and had a fantastic attitude and exemplary service. He respected our home and cleaned up more than probably necessary when he was finished. Highly recommend, and thank you, Brandon!
